I am no getting the BJ freeroll tickets even after playing BJ casino games. The tickets are being credited only intervention of the Live support staff.
Whenever I am facing the staff members like Tacha D and Islyan P, they are simply giving me wrong info and deliberately not helping me.
For example- I did play BJ casino games today and yesterday but Islyan P just said today that she is not seeing any BJ games in my account. It is a clear lie as I did play BJ games and the game History is clearly showing it.

The BJ freeroll is going to start in 4 hours. Today is the last game. Please help me to get the ticket.

I am sorry to say this but "I have never received such kind of Unethical Support in my 5 years gaming experience on 888."

I did chat at least 5 times on Live chat today.

The first executive told me- you did not bet on blackjack. (a complete lie)

The next executive (Kathia) told me- Contact us just before the start of the tourney. If you do not get the ticket then we will add it.

I did contact-- The new executive after few minutes-- "Ur userid ?" after few minutes-- "you did not qualify as you did not play the exact low stake game.
I said- I did play $1 game and was not a $1 a low stake. Now here is the jack of all trades came in his/her reply "No it is not a low stake blackjack. it is just a live BJ. so you did not qualify."

LOL... I think I need to attend my KG classes again!!!

Well I lost few $$ just behind this promo and time as well. But I did not expected such a attitude.

At least the executive should have a common sense to know that if a client has played a Bj game and asking for a freeroll then there should not be an issue but just to satisfy own ego the executive were adamant.

Even I can provide a better support than that. If 888 do not mind I can work as an HONORARY executive.

Sorry for being harsh but being a loyal customer it is my responsibility to bring out the truth.
kindly forward this to the relevant Manager. So that a needful can be done.

I recently started at 888Poker. I really liked the room. Everything is very intuitive. I have a complaint and a question:
My complaint is about the stability of the APP for Android. Hangs a lot.
My question is about the existence of CardsChat freerolls at 888Poker. I only found 1 and it is still exclusive to Canadians. Is that so?

Yes. I deposited and have been playing freerolls there. But I wanted CC freerolls too. I'm reaching 75 posts. Then I'll be able to play then. I just wanted to know if there were others. In addition to the specific for Canadians.

I rarely ever play at 888. Yesterday I won a CC freeroll there and found out that my account is restricted. I uploaded my address and phone number and uploaded my id photos. Couldn't change my country though, I was in China years ago when I registered at 888, now I'm in Cambodia. Can you have a look at it and quickly update my account and remove restrictions? My 888 username is liuouhgkres . Thanks a lot.

Ahh I was finally able to log on the lasat couple of weeks on the first try. Now it's back to kicking me out.

"Hand of the day" AJ didn't trigger the free roll message. No ticket was awarded upon challenge completion. [Reference #: 200513-000780]

On the 12th of this month I qualified for the above but the free roll wasn't awarded. Prior to this the same thing happened with the 27 hand where the required information was provided and the prize awarded. Prior to this when I wouldn't get the free roll even though I met the requirements I just let it go..(as in Frozen I).

This present support request was botched from the start from a representative named Udo who not only said he looked into my account and couldn't see anything wrong but more than that suggested that I was mistaken. I definitely could be wrong but I asked to be shown where since I had provided proof of the hands won - IF Udo had looked at the hands and understood the conversion between EDT and GMT then the issue would have been resolved. Adela, another support representative, was great and handled the 27 hand properly.

After further wasted emails, Gabriel was assigned and he/she had the same issue. I was provided with the manager's email to which I had provided screen shots as well. Now another representative named Ana has joined the mix and kindly stated what free rolls I had already qualified for....I already know what I qualified for and had asked that a specific date be investigated, the 12th of this month. Being more than a little upset, I also made a couple of mistakes where I provided a wrong screen shot and said I didn't get a ticket for the Black Jack free rolls where I had qualified -- the proper screenshot was subsequently provided and I apologized in a follow-up email when I realized that the promotion had run its course.

Please use this as a case study. I'm at level 238 in 888's version of Dante's levels of hell so I have played a few games and have endured my share of software "glitches" which I had taken in stride in the past and 888 was usually more than fair in addressing them when notified. This personnel "glitch" is something special.

If I'm blind to something in this present issue and totally at fault then I'll publicly admit my stupidity, however, I'm really pissed at how this whole thing has been handled up to now and felt this was an appropriate place to show how much this :joyman:

Usually you can withdraw by the method that you deposit but that is not always the case for some regulated countries so you would need to contact support to confirm.
In your case the only option for you as you have not deposited is by wire transfer.

For Cezarl23927, I have wrote Last week also a ouț reopening my account because I was on break for 2 years, but this expire like a month ago and I have send a lot of e mail to reopen, You said also You send to them my info.

5 days a ago I got an email to wait until they check IT ouț or something like this but nothing since then.

I don t know why îs taking s-o long for this simple procedure.

Disconnected again during tournament with decent stack. When finally i manage to get back in half my stack is gone. Thanks again 888 i will keep depositing and play here. On PS without even playing in a while i got a tournament ticket as apology for the connection issues. On 888 all you get is loss.

I noticed something odd yesterday, I saw it happen twice.
I'm in a tourney , suddenly got switched to a different table after folding a small blind (also I find it very odd to be moved to a different table without getting to see the hand I folded in play out, so I don't get to take notes on those players)
As the table switches I see for a split second I have two cards. Then they disappear, I see the card deal animation and then I get dealt those same cards.
You can always check the hand in our game history section.

I don't see what that would accomplish.

The point is I saw my cards before they were dealt.

I understand that it is probably all legit and due to some bug in the software, but there is something that seems devious about it too.

Ok, I see what you mean.

I do find it annoying the way tables changes flip so quickly without any kind of notice or animation. I often find myself writing notes about the wrong players - then going to the replay to tag the correct one.
You have to watch the game pretty carefully!

I received an email saying that my withdrawal had been processed but I have had my account blocked because I said I need the money! and asking me to elaborate on why I need MY money?! Now I can't access the Cashier anymore.

I then received another email saying that I need to go into the cashier to withdraw my bankroll... Which I can't access as customer support have blocked my account, and yet again no one will reply to me.

Please can someone just talk to me? I can still see people posting about talking to customer service on the live chat. Please can you connect me? I've been waiting over 3 weeks and still have no idea whether I should even be expecting my money.. Very frustrating..
