Why do I need this link? I applied for a bonus of 88 dollars on April 18. Now I don’t receive any emails or anything. Should I wait or what to do, create a new account and try to get a bonus on it? Since I followed all the rules and submitted all the documents! I was told to wait for an answer, well, how much can I wait!

The new tables on 888 are terrible, just terrible. You can't even scale them down to same size as Stars and Party.
Stars and Party will get my business from now on. Imagine 888 are removing one of the best table design and replace it with this crap

same here last 3 weeks are horrible i think i quit 888 pfffffLog in issues are worse than ever this evening.
I was able to get on this morning (the only time I seem to get on without too many problems is early in the morning, 6 am or earlier, PST), but this evening nothing. Even the non download version wasn't working until just now after trying for an hour.
Just venting, no need to forward this to support, I've already sent them another email.
Today I tried playing casino games in the browser. And do you know what I saw? My antivirus turned off the 888 client and immediately informed me that the computer would restart with a full scan.Have you tried the browser version Instant play?

My id is xpvictor2020 and I am on a desktop on Windows 10. If you can't provide me a solution soon can you direct me on how to delete my account. Thanks

I have tried repeatedly to get on to 888 both with App and browser version Instant Play with no luck for over 7 days. I emailed 888Support, I got a response which said there were numerous accounts on my email??? I only have one account. I tried to respond to 888 Support but I got the message saying there was a secure mail signature verification problem so I couldn't email them back please forward this response to Support and have them fix the security certification. Following is the message I sent them:
I only have one account registered with 888 my user name is cdnman42. If there are other accounts on this email address please delete them. , I just tried to access 888 Poker on the downloaded version on my MAC and I get the “oops something went wrong’ message I try over and over with the same results. When I try to use the instant play version it takes a long time to get in and then once I am playing it disconnects me

We just wanted to inform you that we are updating our 888club Freerolls.
You can check out all the updates in our 888poker client lobby under the ‘Poker Club’ tournament tab.
This will take effect from 1st May.

We never did get an answer, but as it's May 2 now I pulled up the Poker Club page and what I see is... disappointing.
There is none of the big monthly freerolls listed, no $6k level 60+, $8k level 80+, $10k level 100+ or $25k Elite.
In the past these were always listed as soon as the current months games started, so it looks like they might be history.
It's possible 888 is just being slow to update whatever the changes to the club freerolls are, but it's not looking good...
Again I received an email from 888 Support asking for verification however when I attempt to reply I get this response:Sent over as requested.
