Log in issues are worse than ever this evening.

I have been unable to log in since the recent update. I had gotten on before they did the update... but then of course had to try to log in again after they updated & I have not been able to get in until this morning!

I'm on now... and going to try to stay on, lol.

Today I will play the last free tournament on 10 thousand, and all, more I don t see point here. It used to be easier to play, now even in S & Go moves. Sattelites became unrealistic to play, moves solid. It used to be easier, now I look, only blast roulette and everything will remain. Free tournaments earlier even in the final reached, now everything, even in ITM didn t enter, though played since 2014, it is strongly noticeable that was earlier that now. Good-bye, 888.

Mobile app soo bad

Hello,

Mobile App major minuses - very difficult to login and could not access some lobbies and account details after. For login i have to close and restart the app several times...
Big issues encountered:
In a cash game i could not see one of the 3 cards on the flop... i have pictures
b) in an important satelite could not acces the betting button after flop.. c) in a swap cash game again the table closed suddenly while in a hand, leaving my money there, luckily not involved in any bets...
This things are very serious, could you please cooment!
As i am writing this it seems that the desktop app doesnot work either...What is the reason?
And just wanted to praise this as it is among the fastest and stabile in this period when everybody is playing....
Still very easy and good working feature Play with friends...better than the Home games of pokerstars...(big up for this)

Hello, people! Where did the tournaments for players who did NOT deposit this weekend go? Recently, I played 2-3 at the same time on weekends, but on these I can not find a single one! Was it some kind of action in April? Or did I stop seeing them?

I had an issue with the "Hand of the Day" not recording my winning hands in the past but this time I contacted customer support. I'm posting a screen shot of the email. Under the circumstances, with increased customer traffic and possible staff shortages with Covid-19, 888's customer service did great service and also received top marks in the survey.

I'm happy to say it appears the log in issue has finally been fixed.

It has been 3 days in a row now that I've been able to log in on my first try every time, halleluja!
