Free means Free

If a game is FREE to enter, then a PW might be needed, but if a TICKET is required to enter then It is NOT FREE, so 888 how about this, try putting a description on your tournament that is actually Accurate.

If it requires A Ticket to play just say TICKET, not FREE.

Hi, 888rep

My account was temporarily disabled a while ago.
I don't know why, maybe because I used VPN connection...
I sent Email to support about this issue, but haven't heard anything from them for more than a week.
Is there anything you can help?

I can get in via my browser, and can log in, so I can at least play, but it takes forever to seat me at a table for some reason. I always lose playing the first 2 or 3 hands. A message comes up that says that my computer is not allowing popups, so I can't play on the site. Initially I went into my settings and cleared the popup blocker, but went I went back to 888 I still get the same message. Eventually I can play, but it's frustrating when you can't just log in and play. I also can't access everything that the regular site has. I have only recently started playing more and am trying 3 different sites, but because of the login issues with you site, I will not be depositing any larger amounts of money, until it gets cleared up. I have no problem with the other sites logging in and playing. I even tried downloading your site on my Iphone and I can get in some of the time, but not all of the time, but I don't like playing on a small screen. If your IT guys cannot fix this issue, maybe you should get new IT techs.

I was able to sign on at about 1 am pacific time last night and I was hoping 888 had managed to figure out there problems, but sure enough prime poker time in my part of the world and once again I cannot log on.

So I want to come right out and ask the 888 rep present in this thread if you would put your hard earned money on 888 poker at this time when the company has been unable to allow a large amount of it's players to even log in at peak hours for several months now.


Plus given how soft PS is now thanks to the Corona Boom I think 888 may have just lost one of the only things it had going for it anyways it might not even be worth investing my time into this site anymore

Is there a reason for 888 recent difficulties ?

I also use 888 and had difficulties over the last month. Is there a reason? Is this a result of the lockdown overloading the capacity for the servers or a wider issue.

Can't Close Dialog Boxes

Let me start off by saying that the new software was a downgrade.

I can't believe your developers spent so much time on it and it has so many issues and is universally disliked.

My current issue is that I can't close the "please note that from now on, all buy-ins will be taken from your bonus balance" dialog box on tables.

It covers a player and I can't finish the hand and have to close the table when it happens.

Whether I maximise the table or minimise... The 'x' to close never works. This is an issue that has reoccurred several times even when I first tested out the new software when it began.

Now that I have no choice but to use the new software, it is severely affecting my play. How do I fix this?

I've seen someone only recently had this problem above too but see no solution.

I have sent your issues over again but have you tried our instant play no download browser version which can be found on the home page.

Perhaps you are a little offended at me for my early publications, but can you answer why the new version does not switch to the old version, in the new version it is impossible to choose your favorite place and the game lobby has become not interesting. And why does nothing happen when the program is updated and starts loading? You have to download the installer again.

I was told(read above) that the old version is not supported. But the computer processor really begins to overflow and how to disable the mode similar to "Aurora" in pokerstars is unknown.

We stopped supporting the older version about 2 weeks ago.

The new client loads the computer processor very much which leads to failures of the client program on the computer. Support does not answer such questions.

This causes the game to freeze and completely disable the poker client. you need to restart and sit down again at the table where you lose a significant amount from the stack depending on the blinds.
