I would just like some transparency. As you can see from this thread and looking at mentions on twitter this is an issue affecting a lot of players.
This is clearly not an issue on the players end. Could you please provide us with some information on what the issue is.
And if there is a long term fix in mind.
As for me and many others we are at our wits end with being unable to log into the client.

yes im playing on that for now. but i prefer the client as i don't have access to my notes and its difficult to multitable

Hey I fully understand all of your frustrations but all I can do is keep sending them over.
Now that you have an email link for them please just keep replying to it as they are the people who can do something about it. Also explain that you are only playing on the browser as a temporary measure as all that they will say is that you are able to login so no problem.

I was able to get into the client after trying for 3 hours.
For me it's a server issue. In which case they need to come out and say that and how they are working on a fix.
Perhaps limit the number of private games for individuals for one over a certain time period

You can only play in NJ at the moment unless your government open up more states to be allowed to play poker.

What is being done the fix the issues going on ? Final table 5 left in second it logs me out abruptly ,takes ten minutes to get back in to see myself all in and getting 4th ...kinda insane the decisions were not mine after navigating that far isn’t it ? Simultaniously on ft 7 left of casino freeroll to have that taken away from me 5 plus hours in finishing 6th but again i want the decisions not blinding out ..so seriously what is being done ?

It does not work properly , it keeps on loading . Why you cant fix your App? 888 is a mega brand and cant even fix its app from this login problems? Just get a new team of tech ppl to run your site, your current one definitely not good enough as this problem is there now for long time.

i wanted to see how i run in blasts on 888 but Holdem Manager support said 88 does not allow HM on blasts ... that right there was a big question mark.then i said ..ok i wil make an excel to see how i`m running .
First i was interested in those blasts that are finished after the first 6 minutes (when everybody is allin) so i`ve decided to split then in 3 categories .1 i was big ( i had more than 1000 chips over my opponent ) , 2 equal chips( diff < 1000 chips) and 3 i was small ( i had less with 1000 chips then my opponent) .
in the last 2 months this is how it looked like . at 5 $ buy-in ...lower is just a joke with 2 minutes gameplay
don`t get it why 888 is so far away from competition with their blasts ? only recently they decided to give up the 4 players format which was a terrible joke.but kept the 6 minutes format ...why would you ask ? let`s see.
1. 184 Win 124 Lost. had over 65 % chips
2. 198 win 273 Lost . both had around 50 %
3. 74 win 173 Lost . had under 35 %
the month before it looked the same way ( at point 2 for ex -- 110 -141 ) .
i have theese statistics detailed by day ..even with flips before the 6 minutes ... and with prize pools .
for ex in the last 560 games it was 51.32 % 2x (10$)
41.09 % 3x (15 $ )
6.17 % 5x (25 $ )
1.41 % 10x (50 $)
they don`t show theese probabilities on their website -- that right there another red flag .
the average prize pool is 13.65 $ so only from point 2 -- 75 diff -- around 40 i should have won -- around 500$ only from this part.
i`m telling you ..i started making theese stats in january without a plan to make them public so i trust that i did them accurately but is this normal ? every month is the same ..hardly a day where i am in front ... like 1 in 40 .
when you withdraw more then you deposit ... things will never be the same got it.but should be there some kind of auditing (for real) not paid by them also who can protect us ?you can get really sick in your head with kind of unfair treatement and no one seems to care.like if we are poker players we are not humans with equal rights

I can get in via my browser, and can log in, so I can at least play, but it takes forever to seat me at a table for some reason. I always lose playing the first 2 or 3 hands. A message comes up that says that my computer is not allowing popups, so I can't play on the site. Initially I went into my settings and cleared the popup blocker, but went I went back to 888 I still get the same message. Eventually I can play, but it's frustrating when you can't just log in and play. I also can't access everything that the regular site has. I have only recently started playing more and am trying 3 different sites, but because of the login issues with you site, I will not be depositing any larger amounts of money, until it gets cleared up. I have no problem with the other sites logging in and playing. I even tried downloading your site on my iphone and I can get in some of the time, but not all of the time, but I don't like playing on a small screen. If your IT guys cannot fix this issue, maybe you should get new IT techs.

Considering 888 have a winning package to Bucharest this seems odd.
