I can't sign in to 888. Message keeps saying "oops, something went wrong, try again late". I tried all day yesterday. BTW .. I am new and just installed the software.
I just read these other problems regarding login. I see that there are other people having problems logging into 888 site. More often than not, I get the background and the shuffling cards for a minute or so, then I get a notice that says 'oops, something went wrong, please try again later'. Once in a while I get the login page. Once I get the login page, the site is great and I usually have no issues. It's just getting to the login page. I have contacted support numerous time, but nothing seems to be resolved. They changed my password on me, but what can that help if I can't get to the login page to put in a password. It so frustrating. I got on last night and all was good. Again this morning I tried 5 times with not luck. ANY IDEAS????I have resent your login issues over for you all.

Regarding 888, what good is getting freerolls when you lose them because you can't access the site. I lost 1 yesterday and 2 today (they expired). I've been trying to get on since 7:30 this morning and it is now 1:30 PM and still no access.I am from St. Andrews, Manitoba, Canada. My user name is Oladocura66.
I was able to log in after 15-20 tries this morning (around 6 am PST) and stayed logged in.
It seems I can eventually log in early in the morning or later in the evening if I'm persistent, but almost never later in the morning to early evening.
As long as I don't close it after I get in I'm fine, but it still sucks not being able to simply log in as needed.
I have resent your login issues over for you all.

Please let me know if you tie the free rolls to any other requirement.
Well, it looks like there was a delayed reaction.
For about 10 more minutes after getting that email I wasn't able to get in, then suddenly it was working.
I opened and closed 888 5 times in a row and was able to get in all 5 times.
I really hope this fix holds, but only time will tell.

They told me they were contacting all the players from this thread that I sent over so hopefully at least some of your issues will be finally sorted out.

Just keep sending it over them and maybe eventually there will be a complaee fix.
We have been using the current version for the past two years and the majority of players were on that version. It is the players who have been using the old version link that was put in the new version that are affected so it was well tested beforehand.Is 888 even interested?
In all forums be it Twitter or fn users are complaining..atleast using the old table format I could multi table ...what is the purpose of an update if it destroys a stable platform?
Also there should be a git hub for version control in case users can't use the present platform ...without a beta or testing phase you are releasing an unstable app for the users and displacing a stable platform
Yesterday I tried to get on from 7 AM and finally got on at 4:30 PM. Everything worked fine for about an hour, then I got unceremoniously disconnected. I tried logging in again but got the message 'oops, etc.' I got on again about 7 PM and stayed logged on all night, figuring I could play this morning. Low and behold I could, until my screen froze in the middle of a game and I had to log off. Of course I couldn't get back on. 888, PLEASE GET THIS PROBLEM FIXED!!!!!

Also once I went in , it did not let me register for mtts even after I tried too many times pressing register button. 888, you are a great brand and have massive players base. you must do everything to upgrade your server and sort this technical problems out. Otherwise many players will just leave to another site and you know there are enough competition in the poker world
