Have you both still got the Hand of the day tasks in your Challenges tab?

For me for the entire hand of the day promotion I hardly ever got the task bar, but I always got the hand of the day rewards.

This includes today (win with A-K), no task bar but the challenge was complete with a reward of a $5 bonus, so it seems to be working still.

Nope, I never got the email to participate so I've been shut out of the Galaxy promotion.

A little feedback for the daily spin:

I think its a very bad promotion because either you win nothing or one of those useless blast satellite tickets where its very difficult to win a 5 $ ticket.

Also: when its a wheel you are turning, the chances should be equal every time. What do you think beginners will think about the sites RNG if they turn a random wheel and everytime they win either nothing or the same ticket? They will probably think the site is rigged.

Over 10000 participants everytime in this useless blast satellite with only 200 places payed. Pure bingo and i dont get why you even award tickets in the spin and not just make it an open freeroll since the value is like zero.

I've been having this exact same problem happen to me since the last update. Really upsetting I hope they are able to figure out something soon as it's been a while now and I like the cash games on 888, as well as our freerolls of course!

They say it's not that.
The strange thing is it is always the same few players who complain about not being able to login but it is absolutely fine for the majority.
I am trying to work it out myself by maybe country, laptop, phone etc to see if there is a link between you all.

I was in earlier today ( 6:30 am pdt ) but cant get in now. NVancouver BC, canada. Currently 11:51 am pdt. Same msg “ oops, something went wrong ....”
