I don't know why you are always so dismissive. My computer is fine. I can get into every other site. The client won't load. And if you looked through this thread or on twitter you would see I am not the only one

Not at all, I am just telling you the site is working fine today and you are the only one saying he can't get in today.
Please contact support@888poker.com and they maybe able to advise you.

& fwiw I'm still experiencing problems with being unable to get onto the site intermittently ... sure hope it's going to be working well for us this weekend

It seems as though 888 can't handle the demand...perhaps there is a problem with their busness model? Some web sites aren't built for this type of traffic.
Believe me I am not saying that they haven't dropped the ball, they are just incompetant.

Since that 1 really bad weekend it's been working mostly ok, although every so often it takes multiple attempts. Right now is the worst it has been since that weekend, no luck logging in after almost an hour now.
Not really a big deal for me, I was just going to check things out as I decided to take today off, though I might do the hand of the day, but that's still 2 hours away.

Need your help again......Today is Thursday, and I want to play a casino game to get my casino mix-up ticket, but I can not log into casino888.
I can log into 888sport and 888poker fine. I just click the casino option under "Extra Games" tab, and it goes to a page that says "This service is unavailable." It was available yesterday and the day before though. I tried to login manually and I also could not do it that way either???

Same problem as freddydr87, on 2 occasions I completed it and received nothing, I contacted support on Saturday and they told me that they would send it to the corresponding area but I have not received a response, I would contact them again on Tuesday but I no longer received a response

Unfortunately I play on 888 and I have encountered various connection problems that should not exist at a reputable site. Overall good tournaments, with an acceptable field and various promotions. You have to work on the program guys and all good.

Something a little different today.
I'm having no trouble logging in, but when I try to check my challenges, bonuses, tournament tickets I get a "There server is currently down, please try again in a few moments." message.
I also tried 888 sports and casino just to see if they were working, same thing.
The banner at the top of the page is blank too.
I haven't tried playing poker, it looks like it is working normally, but I'm a bit leery to try it.
