Not one to complain normally ever over a small amount but still disappointed.
Response means tough your $10 is gone even if was failure of service due to an update started by 888.
I should not of been able to buy into game without table opening.

We do recommend if you are playing from the downloaded app, we kindly ask that you please un-install and re-install the application to your device and try this again.
Also, if you are not on the downloaded app but are using the instant app, you may need to clear you cache and cookies from your browsing history and then try to access the account again.
Once you have tried the above mentioned steps and the issue still persist, we then ask that you please take a screen shot of the error message and have this forwarded to our support team for review.

This is also something that keeps happening to me and only since the software changed style. The client goes a white shade, says stop responding and I have to use tak manager to close and reopen the software.
The software looks nicer but I would rather have stability. This has cost me a place/ticket multiple times now. When you say to clear cache and cookies is this whatever browser you have selected as your default? On a PC I use the client.
Obviously this is happening to multiple uses. Is this being looked into as a bug?

I`m curious about something. I`m mostly sure that I am not the only 1 asking about this, but is there a way to lower the minimum buy-in for Poker Tournaments?
Like...I may be able to deposit only $3 not necessary $10...I`d like to have a shot at tournaments with 0.10$ every time I could deposit $3...Hope you understand me properly because English is a 2nd language for me
This thing can be implemented in the very next update for USER Preferences...to be like an individual Choice rather than the idea of lowering the standards.
If there is anything I can do about possible translations in the software Application, from English to Romanian or the vice-versa, I`d love to be of help.

how do you know if you completed the wagering requirements for "JPMONDAY" freeplay?
does it auto-say complete when you hit your # or do you have to wait until you see your freeplay award up to 72 hours later?
Lets see if this is an example- Min. depo = $20, wager x3 it says... so play $60? at the casino, $60 is 300 points earned towards leveling up. Lets say you start at 0 and continue to play until 300 points is reached, is that when it's complete? and how do you know?
