If they are not in ACR's freeroll schedule then they are not scheduled. I looked and this is the only one from your list that I see today: OTR Sunday - bankroll Builders Freebuy 11:00am est on ACR.

If you go to ACR's freeroll schedule and do not see them then they are not there.

Two places to check on your poker client for ACR are the freerolls tab and the PRIVATE tab.

Today under the PRIVATE tab is OTR Evening Grinders - Sunday 8:00pm est BUY IN $3.00 + $0.30.


You can find freerolls, freebuys and buy ins under the PRIVATE tab. CC has their $2.20 $100 added under this tab today as well FRClub members only.

BOTs playing on ACR (?)

I,ve read somewhere on line that there is some grounded suspicions that ACR has roBOTsplaying, and/or also inside knowledge, like your cards can be seen;
This explain some of the results I've got playing there especially around bubble time.

No credible evidence that I am aware of for either case. I get beat a lot on the turn and/or river by garbage hands against a premium pair. Bad luck. I do not think bad players are using bots or future knowledge to beat me.

Bad beats are common. AA is expected to hold up 1 in 4 hands. That is 3 bad beats for every win. There are NO LOCKS preflop. If cheating occurs I think collusion is the most likely.

After the latest client software update, I can't get either one (ACR or BlackChip) to run on the 2 windows based machines that I use. I just get various .DLL errors when updating your software. I even tried a fresh install to no avail. Running as Administrator doesn't help either. Any idea when your mobile software will be working for tournament play, so I could just use that instead?

Finally a Room with normal blind levels,altough i think the late regisrtation could be maybe 2 hours,rather then 3 hours in these games, i can honestly see that they might in time overtake stars,Bummer stars has gone to mostly turbo , more hyper games then like real poker
Really enjoy the longer games and less of the fools that are always shoving in the fast games

I agree 100% with the normal blind structure and less rebuys and add ons. The shorter the time the more money they make. It is greed, not customer satisfaction that drives most of the online sites. I like the double up and triple up SnGs but ACR will not even consider them. Pushing their lottery poker. I spend more time on SportsBetting and ignition poke for this one reason. I will not deposit on a site that refuses to offer my games. Why should I?

Ive never had a problem with acr and my norton and now it keeps quarantining it.. i turn off norton and reinstall acr and when norton comes back on it keeps quarantine it and dont hive ma an option to restore it

Sometimes the Smart Firewall blocks certain programs from accessing the Internet. Such programs might include certain streaming-media programs, network games, or custom business applications that are provided by your employer. If you know that the program's Internet activity is not a threat to your security, you can unblock the program's Internet access.


Allow a blocked program


In the Norton main window, click Settings.


In the Settings window, under Detailed Settings, click Firewall.


On the Program Control tab, select the program that you want to allow access to the Internet.


In the Access drop-down list for the program entry, click Allow.


Click Apply.

Im really sorry about this whole situation, I'm still checking this issue with the IT department. By any chance are you using a Table Mod or a HUD? If so, please try to disable it and then open the poker application to see if it works. Sometimes this type of programs could block the application of making some updates. I am having the same problem, I reinstalled ACR twice and it did not correct the problem. I only have that problem with Windows 10. ACR runs fine on my other computer (which has Windows 8.1).

Firewall will not quarantine the poker files. Firewall simply blocks access. After setting up firewall for communications permission in both directions also whitelist poker folder in the AV.

He also needs to find the option in his Norton AV that allows exclusions/white listing programs. Put the entire poker path that includes the ACR folder. That way all the programs in the folder will be ignored by the AV.

Nope. I even disabled the Microsoft Security when doing the update, same results. Both of my machines, both of your sites. I see in other threads here that more members have this problem now.

After latest update again problem... Client loads after email and password entered and click login the login window disappears but the login at the top right of main client window stays the same and does not switch from login to logged in and clicking on anything in client window does nothing. reinstalling software after a complete windows 10 clean install and the same problem remains. Also if wrong password is entered at login the dialog pop-up telling me that wrong username or password works correctly but when correct information is entered the login window disappears but does not login. also noticed even if you check the remember password and username/email box in login window the next time the login window is opened the email/username and password info is empty (not remembered) This situation is happening only on 1 pc my laptop and other pc work normally.

Everything was fine until a couple of days ago. The fact that 2 machines are doing the same thing and that trying to install BlackChip client software gave me the exact same problem makes me think that the problem is related to your most recent software updates.


I'm not having any issues with any other poker clients that I use.
