So on my HP 8200 Elite SFF (i5 2400) running Windows 10 that I made the video that you viewed with the login problem even after clean W10 OS install. I got it to login on Windows 7. I installed Windows 7 pro on the PC (Dell variety of Windows 7 pro) And the login to ACR works normally. Just thought this might be info your tech dept. might want if they are actually trying to figure out the problem on this particular machine.

HP 8200 Elite SFF (i5 2400) running Windows 10 Pro ---> No ACR login, even with clean install of Windows 10 on three different Hard drives.

Same HP 8200 Elite SFF (i5 2400) with install of Windows 7 Pro --> ACR login works.

is it just me having the worst run in poker history ever or is having a 3.2% win ratio when you are ahead over 54 days of poker just normal on ACR?Seems to me it is better to have the worst hand. If I did, I would have a 96.4% win ratio which would be sweet as, but alas why would the top 5 hands in poker ever hold up?
In other words, your algorithm stinks!

Just to let you know, the IT department did the last update yesterday. Could you please check if it works now on both OS, if it's possible. I want to make sure.

Sorry for the late reply, which deposit method are you using? On the blank spaces where you complete the information, there is a space where it says Promo Code.

No it does not work on Windows 10. Here are two screenshots taken today minutes apart. Both screenshots are same HP 8200 Elite SFF i5/2400

Screenshot 1. is Windows 10 after clicking login on ACR does not work

Screenshot 2. is after switching hard drives and loading Windows 7 (Which is copy from Dell) and after clicking login ACR logs in as it should.

Legit Explanations: Obvious and Possible

I would like to start by saying I’m a frequenter of ACRs freerolls, including the OnDemand ones every hour or so.

I have a question that have definite explanations; but also the possibility of reasons unexplainable:

To conservatively estimate, it takes an approximate average of 3 hours for a tourney with 100 players to conclude. However, ACRs Freeroll OnDemands with 500+ to CONSISTENTLY TAKE 4 hours? I know because I’ve made Top 20 a dozen times these past months as well as recorded ending times. So what is the explanation to this “phenomenon”, both obvious and possible?

I hope this strikes up an interesting conversation! Thanks!

Magic, satanic forces, robots or maybe aliens?

I am guessing the lower number of entrants are in private freerolls not the $10 lotto version?

That $10 version is populated with the all in on 72 off variety. Half the field is eliminated in 10 to 15 minutes. That type of play continues to the end. Those in private freerolls with larger prizes are often slower and better players.

There you go. A variety of guesses and complete fiction to choose from.

GL and God bless. :D

Our Poker Security Department checks the accounts 24/7. If we find any type of fraudulent activity at the end of the investigation, rest assured that we will take the necessary measures to rectify the situation.

We use a wide variety of tools to detect collusion and unfair gameplay practices. These practices include but are not limited to whipsawing, chip dumping, soft playing, and the use of bots.

Unfair gameplay practices are not tolerated on the Winning Poker Network. Actions are always taken whenever these types of behaviors are confirmed.

Furthermore, we can assure you that all the information that is sent to and from our servers is encrypted, ensuring that all communications are kept confidential.

Is anyone else's birthday messed up on the ACR profile page? Mine is showing it is off by one day. Not sure if this is a system-wide issue or just mine. Thanks!

Hello! I am a MAc user and game in pokerstars for years and their software never gave incompatibility problem for MAc, recently I installed 888 poker to test and it works perfect on mac, then I tried to use ACR and downloaded it on the ACR page and is not compatible, I use version 10.9.5 but already tried to install in the newer version of the MAc and nothing
