Hello everyone,

i have played on ACR for a while and won 90 cents through some freerolls. However, when i try to sit down at a cash game table (0,01/0,02NL) i get the message 'you have no real money in your account'. I mailed support a few days ago but to na avail, i haven't got an answer. Has anyone had the same issue? Does anyone know what could be the case here?

Yes, please! I need it so I can make sure which one are you referring. And yes normally takes time to approve it (48-72 hours on Bitcoin or any cryptocurrency / Withdrawal option)

Please do the following steps:


In able to solve this issue please add an exception to the Antivirus and allow inbound/outbound communication in the firewall. I cant give you the exact steps for each Antivirus because there are a lot of them so, please search on google the steps of how to do that. After that, let me know how that went.

Ive never had a problem with acr and my norton and now it keeps quarantining it.. i turn off norton and reinstall acr and when norton comes back on it keeps quarantine it and dont hive ma an option to restore it

Opinion: If you schedule a $30+3 satellite with 50 seats guaranteed to the SUN 1000,001 on Friday at 7:45 PM ET (Your third biggest guaranteed seat satellite to event) with hours of late registration, don't cancel your third biggest guaranteed seat satellite to event before it starts because "not enough players registered." I feel ripped off when I registered for a guarantee of 50 seats and in fact not one seat was really guaranteed.

Two days ago I couldnt start acr but yesterday it was fixed.Today I have again the problem with client.It says:Acr does illegall process.Guys it is from your side!

I am having the same problem, I reinstalled ACR twice and it did not correct the problem. I only have that problem with Windows 10. ACR runs fine on my other computer (which has Windows 8.1).

Try running ACR as Administrator. This may allow it to stop attempting illegal actions.

Also add ACR to any antivirus as an exclusion (whitelist it). And go into firewall and allow communication in both directions for ACR.
