He did do the live chat, and she (the rep) said the even her supervisor said they would do nothing.

I'll tell him to send an email though if that helps.

I can't PM you--not enough posts. My sn is GATES28.

I've been certified with my docs 3 days ago and have been trying to reach support about the issue and nobody responds. I also have called in being put on hold for 30 minutes to speak with David Miller just so he can lie saying he would enable it himself the SAME DAY upon getting certified. This was this past weekend when he made this claim.

There's been nothing but empty promises so far. Can anyone at ACR resolve this issue like they said they would?

You should be able to see the BitCoin option now

Hey ACR Rep,

I've been playing on the Site a little over a month now. I have a suggestion when it comes to cash games. I'm slowly building my bank roll and trying to grind my way out of the micros. I've had a few times where it's impossible to find a 10nl table without two or more people deep on the waiting list. I know on stars back in the day, after contacting them, I had the ability to make my own tables and make them public or private with a password. I was wondering if there was anyway we could do this on ACR. Being able to open your own table when the other tables are packed would do nothing but generate some more rake for ACR. If that's not possible right now, please consider this option for the future. Also, is there anyway you can make more 10nl and 25nl tables available?

You should be able to see the BitCoin option now

The bitcoin withdraw option became available last night. I made a withdraw right then and this morning i received notice that I havent generated enough rake to make the withdraw so it was cancelled. This is contrary to what i've been told by ACR.

Ive stated multiple times to every support rep ive talked to that my discussion with Mr David Miller over phone last weekened convinced me that his guarantee that he would let me withdraw despite not making a 2nd deposit or other "requirements" would be fulfilled. He specifically stated he wanted "to make things easy for me" and i would be able to cashout via bitcoin successfully after i've certified my docs.

If you are going to tell your customers you will do something for them, isn't it expected that you follow up on it ?

This is why I asked Mr Miller for a reference # in case what he guaranteed me didnt happen and I needed to consult somebody else where I expect no knowledge of Mr Miller's guarantees would be had. He never gave me a reference number and told me to just trust him and now look where I am, just as I expected--he didn't do what he said he would and nobody else in support knows what's going on.

ACR has the lowest rating achievable for any poker site thanks to my experience with them. Can you just do right by me instead of prolonging this terrible experience?

I am sorry to hear that buddy but I went as far as I could, there are internal policies that should be completed.

Best advise here is that if Mr promised to override any rule that we have, to contact him so he can further review the information. Unfortunately I am not able to help you with that.

When a player times out and is not in the blind, upon choosing "deal me in", the "wait for blind" should not be automatically checked. No one wants to wait for the blind when they can see cards now for free.

Also, I have to mention adding a fold and show option every time I'm talking software improvements.

I'm pretty vocal about my displeasure with plenty that they do. But, I have to say, IME, David Miller is BY FAR their best employee and the most trustworthy and helpful member of their staff. Occassionally he and I will disagree, but overall I would rate him very highly.

Currently TBs are granted just for special offers, including the welcome package. However, we do not rule out that option for future regular customer's promos

Also, did you stop running the 115k sattys because of the 240k special right now?

That is correct, the sattys that are running are for the Sunday Special 240k this Sunday, as soon as the event finishes we will start running the ones for the 115k for next week.

In the other hand buddy, I am sorry but your friend needs to contact CS support at 1-877-314-4195, note that I do not have his nickname nor you cant provide me the information since he needs to do it himself as per our company policies

What happened to the $3 wsop Jackpot games? Much more important is what happened to the prize pool for those that has been building up for a few months now.

There was not enough small $27 jackpots recently, to get anywhere near what that prize pool had to have had in it. As of late yesterday (July 3) there hadn't even been a recent $27 game. I watched the names regularly.

This concerns me deeply.

What are you confused about? They offered long odds on hitting it big and took your (everyone's) money. It's pretty simple, really.
