The same thing happened at the $27 spins. 3 players split the $27, and it usually took a hand or 2 to realize it, and sane play disintegrated. Luckily, these had been coming along often enough for me to consider these games almost breakeven.

Has anyone tried to withdraw through neteller in ACR? support tells me I need to wait 30 days to get it, and they say its due to nettellers problems seems shady to me, any experiences?

neteller is not a good option at the time, as they mentioned we are having delays with that processor. We recommend BitCoin, checks or Debit Card cashouts, BitCoin is the fastest option at the time, it takes from 24-48 hours to get the fund so then you can send them to your bank account

I'm having a hard time verifying my account so that I can cash out. I sent in my driver's license and debit card pics. I haven't received any response and I was sitting on hold for nearly 20 minutes waiting for a customer service rep until I was suddenly disconnected...

dj11 buddy, you know that I have answered all the questions and concerns you have had since I started working here around a year ago but I think you are totally misunderstanding the promo. When the top prize hits, all players get a package. That’s the way the promo is designed. If you’re lucky enough to hit the big one, we didn’t want you to sweat it out for a package. It’s, of course, laid out in the FAQs of the game. They players play one hand that doesn’t matter and then that game is over.

Checks are taking from 5-7 business weeks, as I mentioned before the fastest option we have right now is BitCoin, you can get your withdraw in a couple of days and them you can make a wire tranfer from your BitCoin wallet to your bank. It is way easy and fast.

What about a payout to Bitcoin wallet and then from Wallet to a CC (visa/MC) etc. ?

Bitcoin is awesome and fast but in the past I could not win a tourney, do a mBtc payout and the pay a utility bill (i.e.,)

However, with some sites (small free sites like Cafrino or NLOP) you can win a tourney, cashout to paypal (Instant) and some people have a cc sync'd to their paypal so could pay a bill with their cc ... damn near instant ! I mean how nice is that ?

Also, in the past w/ bitcoin you had to use Local Bitcoins or an exchange.

Damn all that ! We are almost in 2017 and if I want to turn my coin to usd or any other currency, should be able to do it instant.

Sorry to ramble but this is important to me. please comment

1- Indeed there are some BitCoin wallets that allows you to transfer your funds from your wallet to your credit card. However, since we do not support them, we are not allow to give you names. So I recommend you to take some time, check the different options, go to forums (there are tons of BitCoin forums), here a good link https://bitcoin.org/en/choose-your-wallet

2- Unfortunately we do not have Paypal as a cashout option.

3- BitCoin is way different than before, you do not have to go to any local store to exchange your BitCoins, there are tons of different online exchanges

Yes, this is because is your log in inf and for security purposes since we sent very sensitive information to player's email addresses. However, our security dep might help you with that.

Please send an email to Security@AmericasCardroom.eu from the original email address (the one you currently have) asking for the change along with your new email address

Love ACR's site set up

I had been playing on bovada for years before i came across ACR. A lot of things to really like about the site. I haven't seen a P2P transfer since before Nov 06. The aesthetics of the software are also wonderful. However, I have serious questions about the RNG. It seems like almost every hand is a heater. There also seems to be an insane amount of 4 card straights that hit the board. It just doesn't seem to do a great job randomizing.

Now that you're the second moderator to suggest "taking it elsewhere" I'm really concerned about you guys. The OP is FROM ACR and the rep clearly states that posts like that are welcomed. Shouldn't he be the one to decide?
