How do I change my email address? (it didn't seem to be set up in a manner where I could edit it... could change my phone number no problem.. but email ...??? )

I had to do it through security but the result was two emails for different departments.

I made a withdrawal request, the next day it disappeared from the cashier and now says "you don't have pending payouts." I have not received any email update and it has not been credited back to my account. Is this standard procedure?

You laugh, but is it to hide the pain of knowing it'll be a long time before you withdraw anything signifcant from ACR? And even longer before you can withdraw anything without still being in the red.

Well, support said it has been approved and is processing. Strange for it to just disappear instead of updating the status in the cashier.

consecutive $0.01 spins are independent events. The outcome of the first spin HAS NO BEARING on the next spin. Ipso facto I shouldn't assume that I am "due" to hit at ANY point having not hit yet.

Only thing you share is 95% of the same games going on at the same time since it's basically all just one pooled network site. So you don't share the dumbash $1 freerolls that I'm complaining about.

But you do also share the same absolutely terrible customer service and asinine policies... plus the same parent company and the same revenue and the same RNG and the same.........

Well you haven't really addressed anything I've said in 5-10 pages now.

I'll give you a softball to start with.

How about replacing the useless "I" info button with the ATM button on both the $10 freerolls and the $0.55 $25 GTD OD? That'd be awesome.

Note that the ATM tab replaces the "i" tab when a player is actually playing an mtt and is ITM, if you have reached that level and is still not showing it, you can send a screenshot to Support@AmericasCardRoom.eu so our CS team can send it to review

That is fine, so that we can check if is an On demand tourneys setting. I will wait for your screenshot though

Being in the bottom 1/3rd I felt the need to shove when I had 999. Called down by AJ who hit runner runner to knock me out. So, unfortunately, I can't PROVE this to you right now but trust me it is real. I've cashed and won enough 10 frees to know.

So apparently a lot happened while I was without working wifi here at the home. I went from a top 5 stack in my tourney to apparently out with no indication of where I finished.

And now I'm in a 10 free and the ATM button is there! Considering my long history of cashing and winning I really hope to actually see some money in there soon. I hope I'm not jinxing myself. But thank you for actually listening and being useful! Assuming this will be the case on the min 0.55 25 gtd od, that'd be great, as these are the two MAIN tourneys that I use to rebuild when deposits are not an option.
