Not trying to insult you as you're one of the few people around here that I get along with. But yeah, there will be no "compensation" happening whatsoever. Like, literally, they will not even give you not only the $0.55 that goes to 10th place in the 10 free to join the 25 gtd od. You won't even get a penny to try a spin to win. lol

Honestly, I'm not super optimistic either. Seems like another issue to "sweep under the rug". Kind of like the proliferation of bots, crippled servers, bonus fraud, and cheats such as "pacas".

And a "certified rng" from a company that says any and all questions regarding it should be directed to Winning Poker Network, even when lawsuits are threatened.

I can reiterate that the ITM feature does not appear to work for On Demand tournaments.

I third that. I'm in a $25 gtd now that pays 18 and there is 16 remaining and the itm button is not functioning.

Yep played it this week and nothing. It has, for the most part, been working on the 10 frees which is kinda cool though.

ACR Rep? The initialization of the ATM button on the 10 frees was almost instantaneously... even though I'm playing in one right now, we're not ITM yet but no ATM button. Before it was there from the start of the tourney.

So why would it be so difficult to add it to the 25 gtd od? I'd be pretty annoyed if I played a bigger od and didn't see it. $0.55 (or a spin to win) isn't really enough investment to complain about, but I'm confident you guys could get it added if you worked a little on it.

Also, our other current complaint about inactives "playing" automatically, just to go hand 688720237 for evidence. I'm on BCP, but hopefully the hand numbers are the same for all skins. Essentially the BB had about 600+ left and the blinds were 200/400. A few of us limped and, despite being inactive, he/she insta-shoved the extra 200+ all in. This doesn't seem fair to anyone involved and should be addressed. That being said, I took down a nice pot, as you'll see if you review the hand, so that's not the point.

Any updates? Will there be compensation if the results of the investigation find wrongdoing?

Indeed this player was reported and the investigation was done, please note that we do not provide updates when a player is reported, we do take disciplinary actions when is needed, the player is contacted or the account may be disabled.

As you may know we take all this kind of reports very seriously and actions are always taken.

Both reports where already escalated. As you noticed the ATM buttom was implemented even though was not a feature for On Demands, we will keep working on it so we can fulfill your needs but I do not have an ETA.

In the other hand, I also addressed the inactive players concern. They are also checking on it and no ETA yet.

Is the only outcome of this where you'll be happy is if they say this player did something wrong? Because if so, you're going to be disappointed because there will always be a chance that he just got lucky and wasn't doing any thing wrong. So just be happy that ACR did their investigation, and accept that nothing fishy was going on.

That was helpful and I'd never seen that before. Since I only recently started trying out the other skins, I am shocked I never hit Top 10 any week that I know of... then again, maybe I wouldn't know if I had, cuz I didn't know where to look.

Looks like now that I'm on most skins equally I'm not good enough to make top 150. lol I'd love to know how TREES is so high, since I play with him almost every single tourney and haven't seen him cash in weeks.

Thanks blobman. Very helpful. I'm fairly certain you weren't in the hand and aren't familiar with the player in question though. The only other person in the hand had misgiving about the situation as well. A reg winner to boot.

I just can't explain why a player who has never lost a session (variance proof?), calls a huge all in bet with the most obvious two outer that has ever existed. The outcome I'd be happy with is a reasonable explanation for why that happened. Not a email from ACR with misspelled words. You get what you get though.

Also, I'm thinking you may not be familiar with ACR "investigations".

It's also possible that ACR just can't prove the allegations, in which case it's unfortunate, and it is on them to make sure they can detect cheaters, but there's nothing more they can do. I got two-outered of a live tournament this weekend on the river, and I wasn't shouting rigged.

Great advice, but I have already quit playing at ACR. I just want to be compensated for allowing cheating. I'm just not the kind of person who gets on here and says things such as, "I'll never play at this scam site again!!!"

You haven't said anything helpful or even relevant to the situation, so I'm starting to wonder why you're commenting. I also don't care about your bad beat, as I've taken 1000X more of them than you, yet I haven't posted about them either! Also, I didn't "shout rigged" either as you implied. I called out a cheater. These are two VERY DIFFERENT things. Your assumptions (that should obviously be erroneous if you use logic in reading my posts) are killing your own posts. Is it becoming clear to you yet that you are so unaware of anything I'm speaking of that you should likely shush?

He probably plays at the "low stakes" of $50 and $100 tables because it is way easier to get caught at higher stakes. Every person that cheats is cheating at these stakes. It's common knowledge, so you should probably be aware. The cheats avoid higher stakes because the higher stakes players don't put up with that shit and they are smart enough to see it. Also, if I was wrong, he would actually be playing higher stakes. I mean, if i never lost a session and pulled in a minimum of $1000 a day, I wouldn't be playing the "low stakes".

In closing I would like to say I can't blame ACR. Why ban a cheater that plays all day at multiple tables ($50 and $100) to serve justice and satisfy one guy and who usually plays one table of $25 or under? I mean, he basically keeps them afloat. I would be very surprised if they weren't actually happy to see me go. I cashout and I complain when they screw me, which is hard and often. I bring things such as bonus fraud to light and call them out when they say things like the mobile App is coming in 3 months (that was 14 months ago). I'm not a scared little poker player like some people who like to kiss ACRs ass to protect them from the run bad. I really wonder about some of you and why you are so enamored and beholden to the likes of these scumbags.

Yes I have seen a time or two the glitch where a player was listed as inactive or sitting out but in fact was completely active. I don't mean that they were sitting out but then came back in time to play their hand. I mean before, during, and after their action, they were listed as inactive. This is actually quite an important glitch as it can affect action substantially.

ACR has it set up this way. If you don't like it, I would suggest not playing on ACR. I'm sure they have investigated this thoroughly, and their findings say suck it. Helpful?
