Hey TPC, let us know how long it takes to receive your check. I am just curious because i will be withdrawing soon.

I ended up getting an email telling me they couldn't do a check due to updating their payment processes and encouraged me to sign up for the bitcoin option. If I signed up for the bitcoin option and make a successful withdrawal, they would credit my account with $50 in Tournament Bucks. So I went with one of the bitcoin wallets they suggested. Didn't take long to set my bit coin up and I was ready to go.

Then when I went to go use the bitcoin option to cashout, there wasn't a bitcoin option. So I had to call the Customer Service number (I just call them, because for some reason I can't do the live chat on my computer and they take a few days to respond to emails. Calling you get someone in a few minutes of holding usually.) and I tell the guy that I set up a bitcoin wallet and didn't see that option as a cash out option. He told me to hold on for a few minutes and then he had me exit my cashier and re-enter it and then I could see the bitcoin option.

So, I did this bitcoin cashout on a Friday. I thought I read somewhere that you received your funds via that option within 24hrs. 24hrs goes by and no deposit. I had a busy weekend and did noting about it. Then on Sunday afternoon I got an alert from by bitcoin wallet saying a deposit was made in my wallet. I check it out and it's good to go.

Now the tricky part is cashing out from the bitcoin wallet. There's three options I believe. The two I was looking at was a bank transfer and using your debit or credit card. I looked at the bank transfer option and it pulled up a list of banks, like 12 or so and my bank was on that list so I click on it. Then it asks my for my user name and pw for my webpage bank login. I was not comfortable with that, so I exited out of it. So the next option is using a debit or credit card. I'm not really sure how this works and briefly looking for info and being lazy, I really haven't found out how you cash out using your debit or credit card. It says you pay a small fee if you use a credit card and the debit card is free.

So, I click on the debit card option and it wants my debit card number, expiration date and cvv number. Obviously I'm not comfortable with that. So... I've opened another checking account with my bank that is isolated from my other accounts and comes with it's own debit card. I'm currently waiting on my debit card to arrive so I can use it to cashout of my bitcoin wallet.

A couple of notes, I'm a USA player using a USA bitcoin wallet. My bank does not charge me any fees for this new account or debit card. I probably would not be doing this if my bank charged any fees.

I did receive my $50 in Tournament Bucks about 48hrs after my bitcoin cashout hit my bitcoin wallet.

I will give you all an update once my other banking stuff comes in. I know this is a huge process and kind of a pain in the ass, but being in the US, there isn't much of another option that will work in a timely matter. Once I get this all set up I will be good to go for all future cashouts!

What can happen? I totally don't understand how this bitcoin is going to deposit money into my bank account using my debit card, maybe this is something new I'm not aware of. My thought's on this are, it's like a charge back, like returning something to the store. However, when I really return something at the store, my bank sees a charge from XX company for $xyz, and then sees a charge back from XX company for the same $xyz. So if that's how it works is my bank going to reject it? Hold the funds for awhile? Think this is fraud and close all my accounts? I have no clue what's going to happen! But we will see and I will keep you all updated once I have taken the next step.

Wish I got some tourney bucks. I was an early adopter and have trumpeted the benefits of bitcoin to other players since I signed up. Best option hands down.

So I'm playing PLO cash game. I know some people get carried away with AA but this guy was folding every hand. The ROCK at the table, pots it on the turn and this guy calls down with a one outer and hits it. It was super suspect. The player was from germany, and he was making odd folds. I mean the guy won't call 50 cents, then hes calling $50 on the turn with one pair and no draw, when the ROCK at the table is betting.

Ok, I lied, it was a 2 outer. The German player's name was pacas.

Edit: this guy is at multiple tables, up big. No winning player makes the play he made on the turn on that hand. Ever.

Can you please install and unistall the software, clear cookies and files... This could be the result of a miscommunication between your browser and the server.

Let me know if that works for you please

Already tried that, it happens with both ACR and Black Chip site. I'll try it again, but wouldn't expect it to work.

Well, as I thought, deleted Black Chip, cleared browsers, reinstalled ACR s/w and still have issue when I click on the deposit button. I am thinking since you guys can't fix this, that you should just bankroll me. ;)

You say U can get $ into your bank account through Bitcoin for very small fees. So am I understanding this correctly that I will be charged money to get my money that I won on your site?

If I withdraw & let's use an easy number of $100 how much is the very small fee I will be charged?

With any method you will get charged Sr, if you get a check your bank will charge a fee to dep, if you get the money through debit card, you will be charged with a fee if you withdraw at an ATM machine, if you request WU and MG you get charged with a fee as well. BitCoin is a cheeper option.

The fee amount will depend on your bank so you better contact them for further information.

Dear ACR Rep I'm not exactly sure what bank you bank at, but in my 20+ years using a checking account through a plethora of banks not one single time have I been charged to deposit a check into my account.

I'm really at a loss here with Bitcoin due to me NEVER using it or having a clue how it works.

I heard use circle.com instead of bitcoin is this accurate information I have been supplied?

Circle.com is a BitCoin exchange, a bitcoin exchange is a website that handles the trading of bitcoin to fiat or other cryptocurrencies

There are some like Coinbase, BTC, BitFinex, Circle, etc

Hey buddy, go and look our BitCoin page that has different videos that help you to understand the BitCoin process, and if you have any questions, let me know so I can help you. Here the page: https://www.americascardroom.eu/bitcoin-option/

*We are not responsible for the BitCoin wallet or exchage you use, since we do not endorse or support any of these applications.

There is a promo that pops up on client launch saying ACR is the most trusted US site since 2011. The claim of 246,000 hands doesn't seem very impressive though.

I haven't gotten any response other than another player telling me pacas is a regular. Over the course of 3 days, I've seen him sitting at 20-30 tables with 3X max buy in at every table he is at. Never a losing session. He's clairvoyant I guess. Maybe someday I will learn to know when to call huge bets with a two outer with one card to go.

I saw the other victim of this hand later and asked what he thought about that weird hand earlier. He said something like, "you mean when the guy spiked an ace on the river?". So I wasn't the only one who found the hand and possibly the flow of the game odd.

A guy spiked a Jack on the river on a 1099 flop last night, when I was holding 1010. I'm not complaining about that one because the way the hand was played. It was possible for a weak player to play the hand that way. I mean, there is a reason I'm not mentioning the endless string of two outers I've endured lately. They were inside the realm of possibility, based on the poker skill of opposing players being low or unknown. Varia nce means that 2 outers can hit 25% of the time for 6 months, I fully understand that. The hand I'm talking about, a guy who never ever loses (i guess he is variance proof lol), has a clairvoyant moment and calls a huge, pot sized bet, when he OBVIOUSLY has two outs, and hits one. There weren't even chips left over on the river to be calling with a naked ace, in hopes of catching a "bluffing draw". The hand was nearly beyond the realm of possibility. I refuse to believe a 100plo multi-tabler, who never loses, misclicked a huge call at that moment. Beyond that, he cheated.

I got it. I think it took around 60 hours, so pretty good. Maybe this is standard now?

Edit: yikes! I just watched btc go from 774 to 738 in 1 minute. The amount I lost was still a pittance in comparison to other cashout methods. It may have actually been under the 738 when I received the funds, I didn't check in depth. It didn't seem to work out bad at all. I've been watching a few minutes now and the market seems a little volatile in relation to normalcy. Stuff has tripled in the last year. I wish the little bit I've had in and out over the short time I've used it was all still in. I just looked at a chart and there has been a huge spike these last few months. I've had no problems at all with volatility, but with the possibility, it would be nice to get some kind of immediate notification when it goes out.

There are tools which businesses use that convert BTC into real money instantly so businesses aren't victim of BTC swings.

I don't know if these services are free but might be worth looking into. Let me know. :p

Hello buddy,

We will eventually change it to the nickname instead of using the username. However we are waiting to implement some other changes on the cashier, so in the meantime you will need to keep using your username or the players username until the change is done. We will let you know when this is implemented.

Hello ScooperNova,

I am sorry for my late reply, I have sent this information to the security department for them to review on it.

It depends ScooperNova since the time should be 48 hours still, However you know that you can let me know by PM so I can request try to expedite the process. The notification is something I already requested but I will resend your req over so our payouts dep see how important this still is to our players.

Thanks. I'm not sure if I need it as my cashouts are small, and I try to keep an eye on when it comes in. Probably worth looking into, but I'm guessing the price of the software would be greater than the amount I would save in my life lol. A couple of times I actually profited a buck or two from an uptick and forgetting to sell for a day or two.

I just noticed you are a mod now. Just wanted to say, from our limited interactions, and seeing your posts, I think you're ahead of the curve in mod skills.

Hello ACR Rep,

Would you send another suggestion up the pike? No need to reply. How about adding Omaha Hi-Lo Jackpots? I would prefer no limit over pot limit, but pot limit would likely prove more popular.
