The $3 jackpots for the wsop main event are almost out of time. Figuring when I win one, getting paid will take 10-12 days no matter what method I choose, and I wouldn't be able to schedule a hotel and travel in the little time left!

Unless you got some way to pay us once we get there, there just ain't enough time.....:(

Hello ACR Rep,

Would you send another suggestion up the pike? No need to reply. How about adding Omaha Hi-Lo Jackpots? I would prefer no limit over pot limit, but pot limit would likely prove more popular.

I will for sure!

Portugal!

Are you playing on ACR at the moment?
Quick little bit of fun, go ahead and click on the players and see where they are from. At a 9 handed table, it's roughly 98.4-99.2% likely that at least one player will be from portugal.
Almost a month ago, was at a table where literally everyone was from there. I get moved, check on a lark. Yep. All Portugal.

Although, 1 out of the 10,000 players I've spotted from there did type good English and said he was from San Francisco or something.

"ACR Rep" did you guys do some sort of promotion there or something?

Portugal is currently prohibited from playing on pokerstars and other major regulated sites afaik so that'd explain an influx to ACR.

I ended up getting an email telling me they couldn't do a check due to updating their payment processes and encouraged me to sign up for the bitcoin option. If I signed up for the bitcoin option and make a successful withdrawal, they would credit my account with $50 in Tournament Bucks. So I went with one of the bitcoin wallets they suggested. Didn't take long to set my bit coin up and I was ready to go.

Then when I went to go use the bitcoin option to cashout, there wasn't a bitcoin option. So I had to call the Customer Service number (I just call them, because for some reason I can't do the live chat on my computer and they take a few days to respond to emails. Calling you get someone in a few minutes of holding usually.) and I tell the guy that I set up a bitcoin wallet and didn't see that option as a cash out option. He told me to hold on for a few minutes and then he had me exit my cashier and re-enter it and then I could see the bitcoin option.

So, I did this bitcoin cashout on a Friday. I thought I read somewhere that you received your funds via that option within 24hrs. 24hrs goes by and no deposit. I had a busy weekend and did noting about it. Then on Sunday afternoon I got an alert from by bitcoin wallet saying a deposit was made in my wallet. I check it out and it's good to go.

Now the tricky part is cashing out from the bitcoin wallet. There's three options I believe. The two I was looking at was a bank transfer and using your debit or credit card. I looked at the bank transfer option and it pulled up a list of banks, like 12 or so and my bank was on that list so I click on it. Then it asks my for my user name and pw for my webpage bank login. I was not comfortable with that, so I exited out of it. So the next option is using a debit or credit card. I'm not really sure how this works and briefly looking for info and being lazy, I really haven't found out how you cash out using your debit or credit card. It says you pay a small fee if you use a credit card and the debit card is free.

So, I click on the debit card option and it wants my debit card number, expiration date and cvv number. Obviously I'm not comfortable with that. So... I've opened another checking account with my bank that is isolated from my other accounts and comes with it's own debit card. I'm currently waiting on my debit card to arrive so I can use it to cashout of my bitcoin wallet.

A couple of notes, I'm a USA player using a USA bitcoin wallet. My bank does not charge me any fees for this new account or debit card. I probably would not be doing this if my bank charged any fees.

I did receive my $50 in Tournament Bucks about 48hrs after my bitcoin cashout hit my bitcoin wallet.

I will give you all an update once my other banking stuff comes in. I know this is a huge process and kind of a pain in the ass, but being in the US, there isn't much of another option that will work in a timely matter. Once I get this all set up I will be good to go for all future cashouts!

What can happen? I totally don't understand how this bitcoin is going to deposit money into my bank account using my debit card, maybe this is something new I'm not aware of. My thought's on this are, it's like a charge back, like returning something to the store. However, when I really return something at the store, my bank sees a charge from XX company for $xyz, and then sees a charge back from XX company for the same $xyz. So if that's how it works is my bank going to reject it? Hold the funds for awhile? Think this is fraud and close all my accounts? I have no clue what's going to happen! But we will see and I will keep you all updated once I have taken the next step.

Update:

Ok, the biggest delay was waiting for my new debit card to show up with the account I opened. I used that debit card and linked it to my Bitcoin wallet. I proceeded to cash out via the debit card method. I got a message from my Bitcoin wallet that the transaction was processed and it would take 1 to 4 days to show up in my bank account. Two days later it was there! I'm very pleased! Cashing out in the future should be a breeze!!!

1 out of 10,000. Shows improvement, I suppose, right?

;)

Interesting. Didn't know that.

ACR Rep, you guys need to let the $10 freerolls use the "ATM" feature in the game rather than the information tab. The ATM feature on tournaments is probably the best part of your site.

Sunday Special sat now running says unlimited re-entries for $15+$1.50 even though it's a $25+$2.50 satellite. Is that an error?

I had made my first deposit to ACR via bitcoin a week ago after testing out the freeroll tourneys and having a good experience. Then my feelings did a complete 180.

Here's why:

- Tons of nitty cash game regs. Deemed it unprofitable to play even microstakes on weekend nights when fish should be active the most.

- Extended late reg for tourneys. This only works in favor of ACR to meet and exceed GTDs at higher rates. It really blows for non-rec players.

- SNGs are nearly all filled with regs that got the math down. Everyone folds ands folds until the blinds go to 50/100+ then it becomes a shove fest. I guess its been like this since a few years ago when I noticed ppl playing perfect sng games on "soft" sites like bovada. No edge to be had IMO.

- Most importantly! ACR reps told me over the phone I had to make ANOTHER bitcoin deposit to be able to withdraw my funds. I argued that this was contrary to what their online rep told me prior to depositing and it wasn't stated on their terms of service, nor anywhere else on their site.

GUYS, WHY DONT EXPILICITY STATE ON YOUR DEPOSIT PAGE THAT YOU NEED TO MAKE 2 BITCOIN DEPOSITS BEFORE BEING ALLOWED TO WITHDRAW VIA BITCOIN?? And if you argue that policy is subject to change at any moment at ACR's discretion, then you are still at fault for having online reps telling me blatantly wrong information just to get me to deposit money.

After unrelenting this BS policy, I finally spoke with a higher up and they said they'd make it "easy for me" by enabling the bitcoin withdraw option once my docs were verified instead of having to make another deposit. They said they'd do it immediately. It's been 3 days and I still haven't received notification of verified docs, much less any indication that bitcoin withdraw will be enabled.

To ACR staff: you mention "building a level of trust" with your clients to be able to do business with them at a satisfactory level, yet this is just cheap sales talk and damaging to your reputation (which by consensus isn't that great--lets be honest here) because none of your actions has built rapport with me. It's all shady as fcuk! I have never faced so much blatant lies and misinformation presented to me by customer support. Ever.

Let me withdraw my funds and we won't ever cross paths again. If not, I can keep spreading this dreaded case study i've had and it'd be bad for your business to let that happen.

It will really work if your provide me with some information to check your account in order to see if we can manually add the BitCoin withdraw option

So the 2am et 240k super satty freeroll will not occur?? I hope you plan on replacing it at another time. Otherwise, this is clearly a bait and switch situation.

115k Super Satty freeroll

After I got knocked out rather early from the 115k Super Satty freeroll (which isn't anything new, I rarely do well in this tournament), my friend contacted me that he was "on a roll". I kind of rolled my eyes, but then decided to rail him. His name is Tim Matthews, but he isn't on here so can't speak for himself. I watched for hours (normally I'd be bored, but this was phenomenal poker) as he DOMINATED the competition. As it got close to ITM, he was the first player to 500k and basically secured his spot (since the Top 5 advance and there were 8-9 left).

He did, in fact, advance, and as a bonus the two players talking the most sht to him (for no good reason) bubbled at 6 and 7 respectively. As I said, I don't think I've ever won this event and there have been stretches where I would play it every single day since I joined the site in April. He joined much more recently, so I was super stoked for him.

Now comes time for the tournament, and even though it is only $6.60 to enter for a shot at a $200+ prize, there are only 11 people registered. (The 5 of them that satted and 6 others who paid). Now I'm even more stoked for him. He could really use a good shot at his share of 115k. So I'm logged on and watching the table where he is at. It shows he is inactive. I ask him what is going on. Apparently the table isn't loading for him. The tournament page has updated with players, chip changes, etc. and says "Take Your Seat". He tells me he has hit that button about 1000 times to no avail. At my suggestion, based on my own experience, I suggest he restart his whole computer to see if he can get the tournament feed to properly load. He does this. He gets back to the tournament page. He sees he is bleeding chips. "Take Your Seat" is right there in red. He, again, presses it about 1000x to no avail. He restarts the computer about a billion more times, he tries to take his seat about a million more times and nothing is working.

You can see where this is going, but long story short, someone made a dumb move and busted first, in 11th, and eventually Tim was blinded out in 10th. Because people joined the tournament after the fact, I think the official record states that he finished 17th.

You might be saying to yourself, who cares? What's the big deal? Well, if he was somehow able to continue the run good he was on in the first tourney, I feel confident he would have easily earned the one seat up for grabs. He can't afford the $200+ entry fee and just having a "legitimate shot" at a 115k prize pool could be life changing for him.

I've had good and bad experiences with customer service, but I recommend he try it out. While the tournament is still running, he explains what happened and his dilemna. He is sharing with me what they are saying. At one point they basically called him a liar and was making it up and had simply lost (even though a simple log check would show he was inactive the ENTIRE time because I saw it myself)... Then the suggestion is that because no other players had a problem it was his ISP. Nope, try again. He was all over facebook, gmail and streaming live game info and radio while this was going on waiting for it to fix. There never was a problem with his ISP. They end with a hollow apology and indicate that there is nothing they can (will) do.

Now comes me. I have a pretty significant deposit that I'm making to the site atm because I previously took my funds out when I thought I was going to be without the site for a little while. Now that I have access again, I'm ready to play. I expected it to process today, but it didn't, so I will wait for tomorrow. But I'm pretty pissed for my friend (imagine how pissed he is) that he has next to nothing, takes a longshot on a freeroll, totally dominates it, wins a seat to the satty and then....... NOTHING. OPPORTUNITY GONE.

Assuming my deposit processes tomorrow and I play in the games that I want and see my usual positive results, how am I supposed to feel about the site that just crushed my friend's dreams for no good reason and refused to make good on it at all.

Mr. ACR Rep, do you have anything to say about this? Tourney ID 5413868.

Not a good look, man, not a good look.

He did do the live chat, and she (the rep) said the even her supervisor said they would do nothing.

I'll tell him to send an email though if that helps.

Hey ACR Rep,

I've been playing on the Site a little over a month now. I have a suggestion when it comes to cash games. I'm slowly building my bank roll and trying to grind my way out of the micros. I've had a few times where it's impossible to find a 10nl table without two or more people deep on the waiting list. I know on stars back in the day, after contacting them, I had the ability to make my own tables and make them public or private with a password. I was wondering if there was anyway we could do this on ACR. Being able to open your own table when the other tables are packed would do nothing but generate some more rake for ACR. If that's not possible right now, please consider this option for the future. Also, is there anyway you can make more 10nl and 25nl tables available?

@TPC generally as tables fill up there is an empty table autogenerated on the site, I'm not sure if perhaps there is a max set on this where maybe it doesn't allow to a certain max more tables to be generated but I can't recall ever seeing it where there wasn't always a table with 0 people at some point to be able to sit at.

I can't PM you--not enough posts. My sn is GATES28.

I've been certified with my docs 3 days ago and have been trying to reach support about the issue and nobody responds. I also have called in being put on hold for 30 minutes to speak with David Miller just so he can lie saying he would enable it himself the SAME DAY upon getting certified. This was this past weekend when he made this claim.

There's been nothing but empty promises so far. Can anyone at ACR resolve this issue like they said they would?
