It has been since 2015 I have basically been told the same useless info U just provided me. It is extremely frustrating that for over a year ACR is saying it will implement where U can see your opponent's hold cards at river when called, BUT for over a year all I hear is it is coming SOON. When is SOON going to happen OR will it ever happen?

Afaik ACR has never committed to this change. Tbh I'm not a fan of ACR's responses to this question. They should just say, "We've made our executive decision not to change it," if that is the case. I'm pretty confident it's not a technical issue. Rather, it is an intentional decision.

Dear ACR Rep

Will you please inform me when players will be able to see other player's hole cards if the action gets to the river & a bet it called. There is so much value in being able to see what your opponent had while calling U down to the river. Also having this feature helps to prevent possible collusion between players at the table.

I was informed in 2015 during the Freebuy Series that it would be coming soon. I was also told during the Freebuy Series in 2016 that that option would be available to players soon.

Will this option to see opponent's hole cards be available on ACR & when exactly will it be?

yes i would also like this feature as your paying to see the cards its part of poker. and in some cases in the game i have paid to see a hand knowing i was going to lose to see what they were playing with for information. you pay to see

It also helps to prevent collusion among other players. I also have paid to see what my opponents cards were to figure out how he was playing.

Do U allow this kind of language at your site? If U don't then will you have the courage to ban this player's chat?

It would be nice to have the option to block one player's chat. Also, to be able to make player notes and a search feature.

Can anyone tell me where I can find the option for a player-to-player transfer in ACR?
Site mentions a minimum of 1$ for P2P, but the P2P withdraw options (which don't really seem like player-to-player rather than peer-to-peer) speak of 100$+ minimum.
Am I missing/overlooking something?

I takes notes all the time on players on ACR. Just right click on person's name & it will say notes.

I've had a minimum of $25 & over $100 sent to me from other players so the minimum is definitely not 100

We do not allow this type of language, we will investigate and take further actions if needed. The information has been sent to the security dep for them to check on this cust's chat

It would be nice to have the option to block one player's chat. Also, to be able to make player notes and a search feature.

There is an option already!

To block cust chat, right click on players name > Block player's chat
To add an note >right click > player's note

I am affraid that your are looking for the person to person transfers which are Western Union and Money Gram... P2P transfer is right on the Cashier section, there are 3 options Deposit, Withdraw and P2p transfers

Clean your display, it was hiding a decimal point.

We occasional 'invade' some games with our side bets of $1.00, and we have no problems.

In the main client lobby at the bottom right click on Cashier and then you will see the P2P option.

I've gotten so used to using the options in the menu on top that it never occured to me to check that giant "Cashier" button on the bottom right...

I sent ACR numerous e-mails and all I got was a run around. I tried this on both ACR and Black Chip, same result. I am using Fire Fox.

Can you please install and unistall the software, clear cookies and files... This could be the result of a miscommunication between your browser and the server.
