Hey ACR Rep,
I'm getting quite frustrated with getting my account verified so I can make a withdraw from my account. I was unable to speak with the live chat, I don't know if it's because I run on Apple, so I eventually called your support phone number. I spoke with some woman and told her that I would like to verify my account and that I don't have any utility bills in my name, If I could use some other bill. I was told a credit card bill other than the card I used to deposit would work as well. I asked her if she could email me a list of all the requirements, and the credit card authorization form which you guys request. She said no problem, I should have it in a few minutes and our conversation was over. I waited about 30 minutes and no email. I then waited two hours and still no email. So I called the customer service number again. I got a man this time. I described the previous call and said that was a little frustrating and he agreed and said he would email me the form I needed right away. Long story short, guy never sends email.
So, I call the next morning and get a very nice man and explain to him what has happened. He apologizes and sends me the form I need while he has me on the phone. That night (Saturday night) I fill out and scan all the appropriate documents and reply to the email the credit authorization from was sent to me. I've heard nothing!?!?!? No feedback what so ever.
I've been out of online poker awhile, but back in the day when I played Stars and FullTilt, whenever I had an issues it was dealt with in a matter of a couple of hours. What's the deal with ACR? When can I expect to be verified to make a withdraw?
