The money in play thing at the top of the screen on all cash game tables doesn't work for me. I don't think my first reload ever shows up.

Same it's been that way for awhile now. Been meaning to bring it up but I do like not knowing how much I'm in the hole sometimes. lol.

I will be more than glad to help you and look into this matter. What is the tournament you were playing at the moment they closed the account?

Do you recall the TID, time, name, or any information of the tournament?

My account name is AbnazA. I'm not sure what time sunday i want to say around 4ish. It was a 1500gtd. I had already doubled my BR by then. After this happened and was trolled by the Reps i proceded to just dump away all the money in my account because i knew i would not be playing there. It was a small BR anyways nothing that would hurt me. That was exactly why i only deposited a peice. I still have a 2.3k bankroll i would be moving From Full flush . i just received my money from them last week. With this happening though even if the chat rep was to repair this situation i still dont see keeping any decent bankroll on ACR with what happened. Whos to say it wouldnt happen again? My account was even certified after they froze it in the middle of that tournament. When it was first frozen the reps told me once i sent my documentation in and my account was unfrozen i would be compensated. Nothing but a string of lies. That Caleb W chat rep of yours is real douche. constantly was closing chat on me without answering any questions. I would still like to know why my account was frozen. You get my life story in documents but cant answer questions about my account?

So i decided to make an account to share my story with this shady ass site. I have been reading on CC for a while now but never made the account. I joined ACR 2 days ago. Yesterday my account was frozen because of "fraud" prevention. after sending all documentation required by them and the DNA sample my account was unlocked. I was in 3rd place in a 1500$ GTD tournament in late late stages. I was robbed of my placing or even payout. Once i contacted customer service about this problem they said no compensation was able to be made..... So you freeze my account, then you take my ITM place because u think my account was fraud. after proving i am who i say i am you still wont compensate me. Ill just go back to full flush even though it takes 2 months to get paid. Atleast they are not robbing me of things like this. The support was super rude and unhelpfull. Even after my account was certified even for cashouts... ****ing site is a joke in my opinion,.

I'm a little confused by the wording of your story. So you were frozen for fraud protection in the middle of a 1500gtd tournament? So as you were playing, the game kicked you out of the tournament?

I love ARC.. just one thing I think in my option is the late registion on a lot of the games is 2 and 3 hours, in my option late registon for any game should not be any longer them 30 min.. what is your thoughts on this subject

Sorry for my late reply. I was not here yesterday. I sent you a PM with the resolution on this matter.

In the other hand I sent the report of the CS guy to their manager so they can take further disciplinary actions in order to avoid this from happening again.

How do you change the timezone on ACR?
At first I was wondering what was happening to my tourneys then I realized the time was off, can anyone help/relate??

You can not change the time zone on ACR !!!!!!
Unless they change something in the recent software changes.

That is one of the reason I have not made a deposit and limit my play on the site.
I have asked several time and the answer I get is we will get it to the developer.
I feel if they would add the time zone option it would increase traffic !!!

Why are the omaha table selections so inconsistent? For example, why are new tables added and other tables removed so regularly. There isn't a 6 max .05/.10 No Limit Omaha short buy-in table now. It used to be Gretchinite I think. The normal buy-in Gretchinite is gone as well. This has been pretty common lately with certain types of tables disappearing and sometimes reappearing. The name isn't important, but I hate to see certain "structures" or whatever you want to call it disappearing completely.

Edit: I was happy to see the addition of table Behemoth as there was previously not a 2NLO, full buy, 6-max table. I feel like every stake of POT LIMIT omaha should have a short buy and regular buy table, for both 6 max and 9 max. Also, this should be duplicated for NO LIMIT omaha.

Our network time is ET and there is not feature to change the time yet. However, we have sent this suggestion for consideration.

I know ScooperNova, we are making some changes on cash tables, unfortunately I cannot promise you that all the ones you like will remain but I will send your suggestion to the tournaments dep for sure!

Inactive players hands should be dead at the deal

ACR Rep - I am requesting that an update to the sw be done that kills an inactive players hand at the deal. There is NOTHING more frustrating than have a player sit out for an hour and still be eligible to win the hands he is being dealt. In any card room in the world - if a player is not at the table when the cards are dealt their hand is dead.
