just report something about ACR software

Looks like we can typing chat when one player is all in ...during the tournament.

Its always been that way. I don't mind it really as long as people dont tell their cards or something your never supposed to do anyway.

I think sometimes when I cashout from a table, the winnings are showing in both the "poker money in play" and "poker money available" simultaneously. Twice, about 30 seconds after leaving a table, I chekced my balance and it seemed like more then I ecpected. A few minutes later I was relieved of some funds. I'm pretty sure I have what is due me, as something seemed amiss. This is a new phenomenon for me, so maybe it could be fixed. I wonder if anyone else has noticed this. If others are experiencing it, I could see it lead to an increase in support requests from people unsure if funds were removed.

As I was typing this it happened again and seemed to last about 30 seconds.

My favorite thing about ACR is the .01/.02 games. I used to play on other sites that had low blind games but they got rid of them. I am trying to build a bankroll by playing the freerolls. I saw a video about never depositing money and im giving it a try. I havent noticed anything to complain about and the on demand freerolls are great fun. Thanks.

I would play even more if it were easier to find the game that fit my mood. Sometimes I want a real tourney, sometimes a real SnG (fixed entries) sometimes I want a On Demand game. The On Demand games always confuse the lobby list for both Tourneys or SnG's.

That confusion/distraction had on many occasions made me get quickly out of the mood.

So, I suggest that those On Demand games be somehow separated out so that we, the players don't get distracted. While that can be done via filters, un-clicking the On Demand box doesn't get rid of all of them.

Please work on making the lobby function for the players. If there are games WPN really wants to promote, perhaps a special tab would do better, you could even make it a default tab, but offer tabs which aim to please the players, not confuse us.

You may use tracking systems (such as Holdem Manager and Poker Tracker), however, since we do not endorse or support any of these applications we cannot guarantee the information they provide.

Can players who are inactive during tournaments have their hand killed when it's there turn and they aren't there?

It's insanely annoying when an inactive wins a pot. Also this is how it is in live games and other sites.

Hummmm but the min resolution is 1024×768 so if you are using 1080 you should be fine. What windowns are you using?
