ACR and YA poker the same?!

HI folks,

I recently tried to set up a membership with a site for the 60,000 ACR private freeroll as ACR's website directed me to. Once i set up my account ACR was not even on the list of private freeroll tournaments! It seems that YA poker is it's european doppleganger, though. I just want to get in on the tournament... Any one have any thoughts? Thanks in advance...

This^

Let's not fill this thread with bot stuff. Try to keep it in the other thread. Even though it's important it's best to keep the topic confined to the thread already created on the subject.

And please don't expect the Rep to reply to every post. He/She has/is forwarding the complaints to the security team. Which takes time.

Is ACR down right now? There's like no one playing table games and I just tried to deposit on the cashier and it keeps crashing??? Anyone experiencing difficulties or care to explain ACR rep?

They were having server issues on Saturday night. Probably the same thing.

ACR: Do yourselves a favor and lease better servers, I'm sure you're making enough to do that, and you'll make more money when you don't have a reputation for crashing servers

Recently there was a change in how the software deals with Hand for Hand situations. That needs some work. Seems that H4H starts too soon.

Also noticed some things in the Jackpot games that seem to be H4H implementations when HU. Slowed the game down to uncomfortable levels. I would hate to think that the Jackpot games go searching every other Jackpot game to see if it is time to start the next hand.

These are observations, I can't give any particular examples till I figure out how to test for them.

It seems hand for hand has been starting 3 player off the bubble, which I like. Even though PS starts h4h 1 player off the bubble, other online sites start it ~3 off the bubble and so do some live tournaments including EPT. We all know stalling starts long before the official bubble so I like it as is.

It should say in the lobby though when hand for hand is starting (eg. "hand for hand will start when 109 players remain and end when 106 remain and start when 10 remain and end when 9 remain" in the case of a tournament paying 106 people and with a final table of 9).

It doesn't always pop up on my table too when hand for hand is in progress. Every time after a hand ends and we're in h4h, a message should pop up like it does on pokerstars saying something like "hand for hand in progress -- waiting for hands on other tables to conclude." With it not saying when h4h starts in the lobby and not saying it on my table either, in this circumstance when a hand ends and a new one doesn't begin immediately, it makes me think my table has frozen.

Overall big +1 on introducing h4h. Please heed these suggestions.

Hey buddy,

Sure I will send this inf to the developers so they can review on it.

Thanks

I was wondering why there are always players who say they're 'back' now?

Example if I was at a table and I was doing what others are doing it would say "S3mper_V60" is back"

Isn't that what happens after you get timed-out, like if you lost your connection? There will be a button to click that says "I'm back." Otherwise, I think the table will continue to show you as being inactive.

But they're announcing it in chat. Might be it if they timed out and come back it now says that for them. Dunno.

It always auto-announces in chat every time you return to the table or come to a new table. Nothing new.

Right, that's where you see it when it's somebody else coming back. If it's you, then you have to click the button or else you won't get a chance to play your cards (unless a blind or ante puts you all-in). I'm not sure if it's exactly the same, but isn't this how it works also when you click the "sitting out" check box and then un-check it? Like someone could continually click and un-click that box, and every time they do it, it would put a message in the dealer chat.

I don't think this has anything to due with ACR site. I believe it has to due with a different poker forum or poker club to announce to other member's that they are at the table.

So they don't knockout other members.

Also.....

Mr or Mrs ACR rep,

Hey I just wanted to take a second to say thanks for answering all of our questions and being so prompt with information. I know that even though most of the folks out here intend to be good, there are a few impatient and pretentious people that you deal with, and you do so patiently and professionally. Thanks for being cool.

Just ran into the most annoying glitch.

I was tanking and ended up folding right when my original timer hit 0. And now every 5-7 seconds it's making the beeping noise to tell me my timer is going down. Even if I don't have a hand.

Closed and opened the table. When I get a chance I'll try restarting the client. lol

Edit: Resetting the client seems to have fixed it :)

Hello Fishmasterbaiter,

The mobile software is almost done, but I do not want to give u an ETA since we are testing it in order to check everything works fine, if we find something not working we will have to lengthen the waiting time and that will be a caos, but I will be more than glad to get in touch with you as soon it's ready to use.
