Check out the payouts on the Saturday Six Pack $11 with TID 447. Everything looks fine until it says 19-27 then 10-12 for the last payouts when it should say 28-36. Seems like the glitch is the last payouts are defaulting to 10-12 instead of whatever they should be. Looking at other tournaments now running, I see the same error.

Playing in an MTT, facing a tough decision, with my timebank activated, my hand was folded and I timed out without my timebank ever starting. That is unacceptable. I've reported this issue numerous times before. The weird thing is this error doesn't always happen. At the exact same time, my timebank did kick in on a different table. Really strange but this must be fixed.

Timebank is not kicking in on any hand in my Saturday Six Pack TID 447 event but is kicking in properly as necessary in my OSS #58 event TID 373.

Other weird thing is the box that says what place you are and what the avg stack is stopped working on my OSS table but is working on the 6 pack table.

ACR keeps screwing me by not activating my time bank. I had TT on the button, keyboard froze so couldn’t type bet amount, timed out and time bank didn’t activate.

I was thinking about playing the Million Dollar Sunday tomorrow, but how can I play the biggest buyin of my career when the software has so many significant glitches. Imagine if I'm HU for $200k and this same glitch happens. Unacceptable.

At least in the Mac client, the prize structures do not appear to be loading for any tournament.

For OSS VI #63, the limit hold em event, it gives the structure in terms of blinds not limits which is nonstandard for limit tournaments. So to confirm, if it says the blinds for the first level are 10/20, then that means that the limits for the first level are 20/40, not that the limits are 10/20, yes?

I am sorry about of the issues you have been experienced, 99% sure it was because were having issues yesterday. However I sent these reports to review in order to double check on that.

Thank you for doing so. Whenever I click on prize structure, it gives me a "client problem" error message in the main lobby (until I checked the box telling me not to tell me any more) and the payout structure still does not appear for any tournaments. That is the issue currently, so it is still persisting.

I do not see any problem with the blog pages, it loads fine for us. Try to clean the cookies and the cache and let me know if that works
