Sorry this time it was my computer. I restarted my computer and it was running fine.I was just wondering why ACR freezes up so much? I have been playing there since 2/25/16 and have had the whole site freeze up on a few occasions. Are you guys working on this problem?

With pokerstars getting greedy, when is a site like ACR going to get wise and make room for cash game players who dont want to play the beast, and just offer 27% Rakeback and let everybody roll?
I really hope the new software shrinks down better for easy visibilty during multi-tabling. Carbon tables are easy to see when small. ACR should note that.

Just Curious: fate or flaw?
I don't consider myself to be a poker aficionado, however, I do play quite often and I've noticed something a little strange while playing multiple games on acr. In each individual game (up to 3, mainly two) I'll get the same cards at within a hand of each other more times than you'd think would be statistically possible. I know it's entirely "possible" but for it to happen 3 or 4 times a day. I don't know, what do you guys think? Fate or Flaw?:joyman:

I play play money Zoom at Stars, 2 tables, and long ago noticed that our perceptions about stuff like this is the issue. As humans, we want to find connections in the chaos that probably don't exist. Your observations are one of those. 2 tables of Zoom for an hour can show me 100's of hands. I fold fast most of the time.
One of mine is that very often the cards I was dealt last hand, would have won the next hand I was dealt. Now if that ain't a most useless observation/connection/co-incidence, I can't invent a better one.

Can you tell us how to get a TID during a game?
Only way I know is to look at my PT4 hand histories, which might be in the HH's I get during a game, but is really a PITA.

Sure,
During the game is right on the top of the table it gives you the name of the table, the #, the type of tournament, the blinds and the TID in parenthesis.
When the tournament is finished you can found it right under "Game info" > "View hand history" and choose the tournament or game.

At least in the Mac client, the prize structures do not appear to be loading for any tournament.
For OSS VI #63, the limit hold em event, it gives the structure in terms of blinds not limits which is nonstandard for limit tournaments. So to confirm, if it says the blinds for the first level are 10/20, then that means that the limits for the first level are 20/40, not that the limits are 10/20, yes?

Wth already?! I mean fix the connection issues already! Seems like this has been an ongoing process since forever. I honestly don't think its on my end bc every other site is working that i'm trying to log on to. WPN=configuring. of course I happen to be running good in something

Playing in an MTT, facing a tough decision, with my timebank activated, my hand was folded and I timed out without my timebank ever starting. That is unacceptable. I've reported this issue numerous times before. The weird thing is this error doesn't always happen. At the exact same time, my timebank did kick in on a different table. Really strange but this must be fixed.
