Hello.What bonus codes I can use on my first deposit?Yesterday I received a letter about the free $ 50 in tournament tickets for jackpot poker,but the bonus code has not been in the letter. :confused:

For first time deposit bonus you do not need a code, the 100% bonus + the TB for Jackpots are automatically credited to your account once you make your first dep. Remember that you are also able to get 4 entries to the $250 new depositors freeroll.

We have many different freerolls including freeroll for special tournaments, our most popular are the Freeroll On Demand that run all day long 7 days a week, they begin as soon as 270 players have registered and a new Freeroll is posted as soon as the late reg of the previous one ends. You can also participate on our leaderboard where the top 10 places get tournament entries and the first place scores $270 worth of tournament entries

I would like to see players to be able to transfer funds from one skin to another. Not to other players but at least to your own account. Times i dont have funds to deposit but am sitting on a BR in say at BlkChp and pennies on ACR.

I get your point buddy but this is not possible since they are different websites and we do not share the same accounting platform.

When I change tables during a tournament, the information tab doesn't update. Is anyone else having this issue? If so is there anything that ACR can do about it?

Hummmm but the min resolution is 1024×768 so if you are using 1080 you should be fine. What windowns are you using?

Windows 8.1 Enterprise.
My friends are using Windows 10 and works just fine. Maybe it's not compatible with it.
I need to play full screen or smaller than usual to be able to use all the buttons

When Michigan eventually legalizes online poker, what will happen with those players on ACR? Will we have to pull out our funds to prevent losing them?

We have never kept funds from players although the state or country is restricted, the most we have done is to sent out the funds if we have a restriction. However, we will not rush on making any quick decisions since nothing in writing on the subject.

Sometimes this thing that tells you your stats messes up and goes blank. I noticed this time that it happened after I clicked on the 'replay hand' option.

So i decided to make an account to share my story with this shady ass site. I have been reading on CC for a while now but never made the account. I joined ACR 2 days ago. Yesterday my account was frozen because of "fraud" prevention. after sending all documentation required by them and the DNA sample my account was unlocked. I was in 3rd place in a 1500$ GTD tournament in late late stages. I was robbed of my placing or even payout. Once i contacted customer service about this problem they said no compensation was able to be made..... So you freeze my account, then you take my ITM place because u think my account was fraud. after proving i am who i say i am you still wont compensate me. Ill just go back to full flush even though it takes 2 months to get paid. Atleast they are not robbing me of things like this. The support was super rude and unhelpfull. Even after my account was certified even for cashouts... ****ing site is a joke in my opinion,.

I have all of the chat logs i will be posting also. I am beyond frustrated and pissed at this point. Anyone recommend a better site than ACR? i just started playing online again after a longgggg break. i see things have really went downhill.

I, never see this on acr. member about 3 month and never happen to me for sure. I love this site and progress into club member and all going easy without nothing. Maybe your area problem or something else with same name or I don't know???
In my opinion ps is very low low low because too much bad player try anything. In ACR when you play in real money the game is great and all go fine for me.

I have never ran into this problem before. But it was like they where upset that i sent in my documents for verification.... I have done nothing wrong... The rep on the chat was really rude.... they wouldnt even allow me the entry fee back to the tournament... Would like what a rep has to say about this. My name on acr is abnaza please show me where i should not atleast get the buyin back?

I will be posting again once i hear something but the chat reps continue to close the chat on me. i am looking at never depositing another dime onto this site. I have never been treated so poorly. I will be more than glad to help you and look into this matter. What is the tournament you were playing at the moment they closed the account?

Do you recall the TID, time, name, or any information of the tournament?

I've had some problems before with phone and live chat support as well. I would suggest giving our forum rep a chance to bring resolution to your issue. It's worth a shot. You will probably hear something soon in this thread or via pm.

I hope you are innocent of fraud and I won't judge based on the single fact that you started your account to let your frustrations out. Hopefully you will find that in starting your account, you actually started on the path to resolution of your issue. Good luck!

The money in play thing at the top of the screen on all cash game tables doesn't work for me. I don't think my first reload ever shows up.
