Tournament suspended due to website problems. I was well positioned.

All we can do is wait, but since I'm only in the Cards Chat freeroll, I probably won't wait for very long.

It's certainly not a good sign, and while the site MAY resume tournament play, it's typically a bit of a wait.

If you're in a real money tournament, obviously you really must wait it out, and based on past experience, don't believe them if the popup says "All Tournaments have been cancelled" because a few weeks ago they sent this message and then after I left they resumed our freeroll and it played out to its conclusion.

Site crashes are ALWAYS a mess, and there's really not much of a good excuse for it especially when it keeps happening pretty consistently. Poor performance from ACR.

That's the first time I've been in midclick when it's crashed. Having only 13bb left, very frustrating. Fortunately we've cashed, so not too pained.

This is already old news from the official website of Adobe products! Support for Adobe Flash ended on December 31, 2020. From January 12, 2021, when you try to run a swf file through Adobe Flash Player, only a button will be loaded instead of it, leading to the Adobe page with information about the end of the platform life cycle.
I recommend that you, the administration of the Americas Card Room poker room, abandon the technology that has not been working for a long time, so you are constantly having problems on the servers.
If you are not aware of the security of information hosted on your servers, then consult with information security specialists.
Users have already automatically disabled Adobe Flash, even though it is installed on the computer.
Your sometimes at least listen please to your users.

Lol never received an answer. I googled around though and was over their monthly limit so I was able to start withdrawing again on 12th.
Still, pathetic they couldn't get back to me.
I wonder how people withdraw money when they win a million bucks or whatever.

Could you please try the following steps to try to fix the issues you are experiencing:

1. Find your main directory in file explorer
2. Find ACR/BCP folder
3. Rename it or delete it
4. Delete Americas Card Room / Black Chip Poker from your computer in Control Panel
5. Restart your computer.
6. Check if you have the latest Java Flash player installed to run our software, if not please update it.
7. Delete cookies and cache from your browser.
8. Download and install (Once you download the software the system will request you a location for the files to be saved please at the end of that location add V2 and click on next/run)
9. Sign in

Question. Does ACR need java? It did not look like I even had java installed previously. I did however install the latest java.

Another Glitch

I don't know if you guys are currently aware of this but there is currently a glitch on your software. It happens when people come in late to a tournament, they are forced to sit out and auto fold for a bit and end up losing one or two blinds. Not a huge thing but if it happens late into late registration it could put someone at an even bigger disadvantage. More annoying than anything really, I just thought I would mention it.

Mobile app with tournaments??

Is there ever going to be a mobile App for ACR that give full access to games to include tournaments?? How is this not a thing yet? I know it has been asked a million times too…. But that only makes it more ridiculous..
