This has happened 3 times in the last month with absolutely no warning, I am left with no other option then to play on ACR due to my living location but my word if I had another option I would be there in a heart beat.

I requested a cashout and hours later recieved a email saying to upload photo id, proof of address and selfie with id. When i created my account the first thing i did before depositing was to upload all those things to the cashier page. They tried saying they were blurry, which they were not, every letter and number was easily visible and readable.

The problem is they suspended my account. How am I suppose to upload a new picture of these items when I can't log in to my account? I sent a email with all requested items to support and to the person from the orignal email i received.

It took 24 hours to receive a response and it was a generic clip and paste response that basically explained how to upload photos to the cashier. I have no idea why my account was suspended, I'm a 67 year old retired state trooper who follows all rules.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I don't know what happens with the software lately, I have had many problems, the lobby is blocked every so often, the new thing now is that if I am playing four tournaments for example one of them freezes and I must close it and reopen to be able to play In the same way, sometimes it removes the software and not because of signal problems, but because of software problems, I don't know what is happening

I dont have enough post for a personal message. My email is

Its a black chip poker account but its all the wpn network. I emailed wpn support a copy of my id, proof of address and a selfie holding my id and i finally got a response saying my id was blurry in the selfie. You could cleary see it was myself and my id but I guess they require 4k HDR ultra resolution photos. So I once again took another selfie with my id and emailed support. Why are the making people jump through such hoops just to cash out. I have never been put through such scrutiny for a online casino, especially a casino thats unlicensed, unregulated and deals in crypto.

I am honestly thinking about taking my money off ACR, I played on stars for 8 years multiple tables at a time and yes saw my share of bad beats and crazy run out to both me and other players, but how is it i play 2-3 tournaments on ACR per day and EVERYDAY I am writing down some crazy runner runner that gets there.

I the last 1 hour in 1 tournament alone I have seen 4 <1% runner runner to survive.

I know this makes me sounds nuts but I totally get where people are coming from.

Thanks but this issue was on your end. I am surprised you guys haven't been made more aware. It was all people were talking about for a few hours today at your tables and in your tournaments, several guys I was playing with said they had to reset at the end of every hand, mine was not that bad. It has not been happening lately though so who knows.

I have several question regarding private tournaments.
1) How much does it cost to make a tournament?
2) On your website it says "Buy-ins for all tournaments (not subject to change): $1.6" does that mean you can only create tournament with $1.6 buy in?
3) The prize pool is taken from your account?
4) How long it takes to make this tournament?
5) Can i make a tournament series?
Thanks.

By the way, nice feature that Beneficiaries. Although its a litle bit odd to have a dedicated button for it, since player would probably do it just one time and thats it. Same goes to the button 'Validate Email'. I validated it 15 minutes after account creation and now for the rest of my life im gona see that disabled button there. But for some reason there is no button or section for private tournaments. I know its not like just a home game, its opened for everybody, but still this feature looks more suitable to have its own button and a section.

During the last Venom the Blitz Steps 1 and 2 also had (3 max) tables running. Been waiting in Step 2 for a while. Any chance ACR can start those 3 max tables back up again for Step 1 and 2?
Also the Blitz step 8 is missing. Do you plan on adding Blitz Steps 1 and 2 (3max) like during the last Venom?

Let me provide you some troubleshooting steps:

Please contact your Internet Service Provider or cable company and check your internet speed as well ask them for packet lost issues specifically.
Try to add an Ethernet cord to connect directly from your router to your desktop or laptop.
And lastly update all network drivers in the computer.

If the issue persist, please send a screen capture and all relevant details such as screen name, TID #, hand ID # , table #, date/time, etc, by email to support@winningpokernetwork.com so our department in charge can further investigate.

The last 2 updates didn't improve my poker experience

I used to get the Live Update in under a minute. Recent updates needed several minutes to download. Yesterday (around 2021-07-01T00:10Z), it took over an hour... I missed my tournament, of course. Today (around 2021-07-01T23:22Z), I made sure to launch the client an hour earlier. There was another update that took 59 minutes to download (124.53 MB at ~35KB/s average speed). At the end of the download this EBUSY error appeared:

bG7NC0O.png

The restart caused a re-download from scratch. Instead of waiting for another hour, I decided to search for any new temp files that may contain the update that I've been downloading for so long. I quickly found a temporary folder located at %tmp%\updapp-play\ which was a copy of my entire BCP installation folder (C:\BlackChipPoker). The only differing file was \resources\app.asar (the same one in the error msg above), so I copied it to my main dir at C:\BlackChipPoker\resources\app.asar and the update was complete. (This info might be useful for someone getting this error.)

Unfortunately, I still missed the tournament by 1 minute.

Anyone else having slower update speeds recently? I suspect that my internet connection is the main culprit. It hasn't been this unstable in a long time.

The download of the setup files from the web sites was at speeds above 3MB/s, though, and I didn't notice any other internet slowdowns at the time. I am talking about these files:

File: SetupAmericasCardroom.exe
Size: 104982266
SHA256: 547b900d3b0644185a051dfc5355f437d3739cd3a967bac391be76c2df1fcb2b

File: SetupBlackChipPoker.exe
Size: 65217512
SHA256: 4ccae2bf4625f0936715c1bdec0f8225f6aded32a1d036af2eb5f31d7c6e0cc0

Interestingly, the BCP installer is almost half the size of the ACR one, although the installations should take nearly the same size. Different compressions? I doubt. The BCP one may as well be incomplete/older.

Can we use such a setup file instead of the Live Update? Are they up to date? I tried to answer these questions by running the SetupBlackChipPoker.exe and creating a second installation in a different folder. It gave me a different app.asar:

app.asar 49,412,397 B (20-04-21 16:51:20) vs (21-07-01 10:24:53) 97,098,380 B app.asar (current)

It looks like the smaller and older app.asar is the reason for the smaller Setup file. After I launched the BlackChipPoker.exe from this second installation, it started the Live Update at some very slow speed, so the Setup files don't appear to be up to date and we can't use them as a faster alternative, unfortunately. The Live Update is downloading an archive called:

%tmp%\updapp-play.tar.gz

While the Setup files from the web sites were distributed thru a physically close Cloudflare reverse proxy in Vienna (heck the fast speeds for someone like me in EU), this file is being downloaded from an Amazon S3 endpoint at the US west coast (s3-us-west-1-w.amazonaws.com [52.219.120.82]). That's not optimal for some EU players surprised by an update. Even the extremely long late reg. won't be helpful when the connection drops after 2 hours of downloading and the downloaded file is truncated at 75% without an option for resuming, which was the case with the test update below:

zGQJOCP.png

I wish I knew from where the Live Update was downloading the files in the past, when I used to download them in a few seconds, so I could make a comparison. Were there any ACR Amazon S3 buckets in Europe?

Moneymaker promotion

Hello ACR,
I'm curious as to the qualifiers for the Moneymaker promotion; all of the information stated that the final set of qualifier tournaments was to end on Sunday July 4th. Yet, in the Moneymaker lobby, I see that there are still qualifier tournaments going through Friday July 9th. Did the brass at ACR add another week of qualifiers? so there will be more than 360 qualifiers that will resume play on July 11th? Where can I find the July 11th tournament lobby? just want to make sure my name is in the mix; happy to have qualified.
Cheers,

KiTomAn
