Hi, as of now we only have a first time deposit bonus, no reload bonuses currently, now, if you withdrawal your winnings, that won't affect your first time bonus release, for the welcome bonus players have 60 days to release this bonus. Hope this information helps.

It won't affect it as you have been playing to accumulate points for the bonus, meaning that you have been playing to release the bonus. It does not matter if it's after or before, it won't affect.

I made an account last night, played it a while and played today logged out with $150 logged back in after watching the game tonight and all of my money is gone!!!!! What can I do about this? I read a bunch of reviews and it looks like this isn’t the first time.

Have you check your email/spam folder to find out any notification maybe from our end, or have you played casino or sports and did a transfer recently to those sites? also please provide me your screen name and I will further escalate your case to the department in charge.

Hi, for starters, you don't need to enter a bonus code, that is automatic. Once you make your first deposit your bonus will automatically be actived. Note, however that the bonus is not upfront cash, but you will clearing by increments of $1, each 27.5 Award Points you achieve by playing real money tables and tournaments. ACR Rep I think you may have misunderstood my questiom/dilemma!

Thanks for the reply and letting me know about the bonus, however I already knew that there was not a bonus code to enter I am not inquiring about the bonus at all, I am asking how to use bitcoin/crypto. Which is why I had mentioned that I had watched the tutorial videos about how to deposit with crypto but still could not figure it out and am unwilling to change with the world lol

This virtual cash thing is so alien to me! Anyways, it was not the bonus that I didnt know how to use/get, I was saying that I did not know how to use bitcoin! I ended up entering a live chat inside the website and a very, VERY patient agent walked me through it step by step.....and I mean patient lol He must have thought I was from outer space! hahaha

We do not have a specific date at the moment BUT I can totally assure you that we are going to have all the normal freerolls back after the VenomPKO for sure. Could you specify which Sit & Go in specific? Regular Sit & Goes?
