This seems to be a major issue right now as i am experiencing the same problem.
Edit: looked at my withdrawls, they somehow booked it into my bank account. I guess i ll use it for the next deposit bonus.

I would like to suggest a change in the tournament hand history. I believe it would be very beneficial if you inform the buy-in value of the tournaments, as well as, the amount of the prize money eventually received.
In addition, in KO or PKO tournaments, the value of each player's Bounty be informed.
I can't login to ACR. When I start the client it says "The connection to our server has been interrupted. Please check your network..." I don't have problem with internet, I can watch youtube and start pokerstars without problem. How to fix this problem?
Hi, first check your inbox/spam folder to see if you got an email from our security dept, if that's not the case, please follow this basic troubleshooting steps:
1. Find your main directory in file explorer!
2. Find ACR/BCP folder
3. Rename it or delete it
4. Delete Americas Card Room / Black Chip Poker from your computer in Control Panel
5. Restart your computer.
6. Check if you have the latest Java Flash player installed to run our software, if not please update it.
7. Delete cookies and cache from your browser.
8. Download and install (Once you download the software the system will request you a location for the files to be saved please at the end of that location add V2 and click on next/run)
9. Sign in

Did everything exactly like you said, still have same problem. When I launch the client it says "The connection to our server has been interrupted. Please check your network. Click the OK button to reconnect."
I don't know if you have made this workmuet, but can we please have network to network P2P transfers!?!?!
And stabilization of the poker client is essential. Please focus of getting it working as it should.
By any chance are you using a third-party app? Sometimes third-party apps can affect the application functionality. Also, does your computer use an Antivirus? I highly recommend you to check the Application White list of the Antivirus, some antivirus block our application so simply click on allow so you can run the application without any issues.
I uninstalled pokertracker and turned off antivirus. Still have the same problem. Please, help me to fix this problem.
