Update on the internet outage: any player who was playing in a tournament or Sit & Go at 5:30 pm ET will be refunded one buy-in and fee for each event they were in. Enjoy the tournament as it is on us. Please allow a few hours for the refund to be issued.


That seems unfair to the guy who was at a three player final table holding a chip lead, don't ya think?

Is it impossible to check the tournament record, nail down the time of the issue starting, in order to place all three players at the table, exactly as they were? That is a long time to play, just to have their winnings fly out the window. Every other player in the tourny already busted out, losers, so why refund their entry fees? If nothing else pass the winnings to the last three in the order of chips in possession at the time? Seems like the only equitable solution from a players point of view.

BTW, ACR bhas been the only place i play for years now. The recent not accepting my money thing is a bitter pill to swallow. Not happy at all with whatever is going on there. Heck, I have been finishing itm regularly, even winning a couple outright. Thanks for hearing me out.

That option can be toggled on/off in the following menu:


Options -> General -> Show chips as # of big blinds

It shouldn't change between hands, though. Try setting it and see how it goes for a few hands and let us know if it keeps changing by itself. :


It changes with a mouse click if it ia anywhere near the icon when clicked.

I can't log in, says I am logging into acr from new device a verification email has been sent to your email account, however I am not receiving any verification email. I have checked spam folder and every other email folder.


Hi, apologies for the late reply, if you still have issues please send us a private message with your email address registered to your account, your screen name, and please also try to check your spam/junkbox for possible emails sent, as well, we recommend you to follow the next troubleshooting steps:



1. Find your main directory in file explorer!
2. Find ACR/BCP folder
3. Rename it or delete it
4. Delete Americas Card Room / Black Chip Poker from your computer in Control Panel
5. Restart your computer.
6. Check if you have the latest Java Flash player installed to run our software, if not please update it.
7. Delete cookies and cache from your browser.
8. Download and install (Once you download the software the system will request you a location for the files to be saved please at the end of that location add V2 and click on next/run)
9. Sign in

The deal with ACR recently that has me seeing red is this: when i try to deposit now, it always says deposit declined. I contacted bt credit union, ready to give them hell for refusing to allow me to purchase something online. They told me that there had been no attempt made to access my account from anywhere at the time frame i gave them.

ACR then pushed bitcoin and other crypto crap on me. They admitted to the problem being on their side of the fence. I have visa and amex, it is maddening for me, at 61, to be expected to just jump into something, bitcoin, that i have no intention of using, period.

Why is this going on so suddenly? Just to make sure my card was working in the gambling arena and was not a problem from my credit union, i wasted $25.00 elsewhere as an experiment. Went through immediately. Is ACR going to switch to purely crypto deposits now?

so ACR at it again cheating, scamming, lying....I've probably deposited 10k into their site, i have a a little over $500 pending for 4 days now, I've never made a withdrawal before on this site and heard and read that they're known for fast payouts. clearly not with me. they blame it on covid, gimme a break...some flu that probably effected nobody at all and if it did would be more than capable of pressing a couple buttons and making a bitcoin payment. my guess is i'll never see the money which really bums me out because if i ever did win anything on their scam site then it wouldn't have matter anyway because they don't even pay. Does anyone ever win on here? Does anyone every get paid?

Some real rigged out stuff going on on this site this weekend. Doesnt take a rocket scientist to see that.:dong:


my all time favorite thing about this site is getting AA's or KK' at or near the bubble and already knowing that no matter what you're gonna lose to some ACR bot. I've tosse AA's near the bubble just to cash after countless ridiculous suckouts.

friend, she always pays, I withdrew $ 200 on July 15 and now my request for $ 250 is being processed, I withdraw money from them every month, they always pay, they just do not withdraw money on weekends only from Monday to Friday

I withdraw to bitcoin, it happens within 24 hours, the maximum I waited for withdrawal is 72 hours

well im over 72hrs now, and its my first withdrawal and i've done like 100 deposits...really sour taste in my mouth

wait today they will probably transfer, their working hours are 8-00 to 19-00 EST, they do not translate around the clock only during working hours

Notice that under normal circumstances, payouts are processed the day after they are requested, however, all payouts are subject to review and may take up to 15 business days to process.


Payouts are processed only Monday to Friday, from 7am to 7pm central time.

You can access the web application here, open this link on your iPad. Login with your credentials. Notice that you can ONLY play Sports, Casino, and Jackpots. Also, you can access the cashier but there are no MTTs at the moment. We are going to have them soon.

Hi, Spin to Get IN holds only 2%. The hold is 2% of the wagered amount, hope this information helps!

So the calculation for a $55.00 tournament wagering $1.00 on the spin to get in would be:

(Slot wager - slot hold) / event entry = odds to win

($1.00 - 2%) / $55.00 = odds to win

0.98 / $55.00 = odds to win

0.01782 = odds to win

1.782% = odds to win

is this right?

Correct, based on that example. Remember, your chances of winning become better with a larger wager.

It should be approved soon. I highly recommend you to check the status directly in your Cashier. Click on Withdrawal, then hit on My account ---- My History -- Pending Withdraw. Also, check your email inbox, junk mail, and spam folder, if there is an issue, our team in charge normally sends an email. If you have not received anything, that means is processing correctly.

I was playing cyclone level 5 around 8:55pm EST and it said it was paused by the administrator. I guess I'll get the ticket back? Time seems to be running out anyway.I don't really miss this.

After that it said i was disconnected because my account was used to sign in on another device and if it wasn't me to contact support. It wasn't me so this is me contacting support. I signed back in and it said I'm disconnected, yet I'm able to post this here.
