I was in the money in a tournament when it was canceled. Will I get any winnings from that tournament?

All my ACR hand histories disappeared from the folder where ACR stores hand histories. Why did this happen? Did ACR somehow get rid of them? Will they come back? How do I stop it from happening?

Yo ACR Rep. , Hi , I play a lot of late night games , mainly PLO8 / PLO . The 7 card stud game was added a while back . When it was added the min entrant requirement in the PLO8 , 250.00 GTD , PLO8 500.00 GTD and the PLO 500.00 GTD went from min 6 to run to min 33 to run. These games used to end up with around 150 - 200 entrant by the end of late reg.Now with the new min player requirements , they never run , i mean never . Is there a reason for this , why even have them listed anymore . I used to play all of these almost every night.

Missing funds

Hi,
Let me start by saying I’m been playing on ACR for a couple of years now and never had an issue andbebwn gone as far as defending ACR to others until last night the following is a copy on the email I sent to customer support.
Last night (7/15/20) I was playing three card poker I went to switch to another game and it said my Balance was $0.00 (I had approximately $100 on my account), I went to bed not thinking too much about it assuming that it was still stuck in the game. This afternoon (7/16/20) I went to log on and my balance was still 0.00. I went to three card poker assuming I just had to withdraw it from there and nothing. I would like to play tonight but I’m not going to add more funds with money still floating in space.

UPDATE: all refunds have been done and credited EXCEPT the Sunday Special. Over 1200 players remained in that one and we must go through each player individually.

I play MTT and I would really like to have breaks on all tables at exactly 55 minutes of every hour! Because now on different tables the break starts after the hand is over! Therefore, sometimes it turns out that while some tables finish the game and go for a break, others already start the game after the break, and this is very inconvenient! Because of the players who like to think during the break, it is not possible for everyone to take a break! I think this would be a good idea for MTT.

This happens ALL THE TIME with me at the casino where I win a hand but yet I am not credited for a win and the sportsbook where funds don't transferred from the sportsbook to the poker room or visa versa like they should, its frustrating as hell but eventually they get it straightened out. Make sure you are taking screenshots before you just close out of the issue especially if it is with what I said of not being credited with wins at the casino. Sometimes it may take a couple of emails back and forth especially when dealing with casino support because there seems to be very few people who actually answer the first few emails that know anything about casino games but in my experience they do eventually get everything worked out as it should be. Only one time have I felt like I didnt get what I was owed and that was from the poker client where players weren't being dealt into hands and eventually they had to close the tournament but I wasn't raised to the level of cash for the amount of people that weren't being dealt in and had around 1k chips when blinds where 25k. Support on ACR and Blackchip usually take somewhere around a day but for some reason True usually takes 2 1/2 to 3 days for some reason. It also says something about the software that they have so many issues.

Hi Rep,

You guys resumed the game but during the outage, there were some players that was still able to play. This lead to a lot of people me included just losing because some players were able to play during the outage and the tech must not have paused all games.

When I reenter prior to 2:50 PST it already showed I busted out in my tournament.

1 of which I was the chip lead with 3 players left.

This is for account crimsoncod,
I had 3 active games:

21829226 (Was chip lead during outage, final table.)

So to recap, during the outage some players are able to continue to play while the rest of us can't, leading to those that can't play to just blind out.

Please rollback the tournaments and pay the players by cancellation policy.

and i was starting to play the $15 7 stud hi/low tourneys too . they were both fun to play and offered fair value as far as stack sizes and blind levels . no limit holdem just gets boring year after year . give your customers some other choices please , its just a good business plan .

I can't log in, says I am logging into acr from new device a verification email has been sent to your email account, however I am not receiving any verification email. I have checked spam folder and every other email folder.

Deposits refused

I think if ACR would decrease entry on some tourney's and lower deposit to $25 or more they surely would increase traffic!!! on there site!

The deal with ACR recently that has me seeing red is this: when i try to deposit now, it always says deposit declined. I contacted bt credit union, ready to give them hell for refusing to allow me to purchase something online. They told me that there had been no attempt made to access my account from anywhere at the time frame i gave them.

ACR then pushed bitcoin and other crypto crap on me. They admitted to the problem being on their side of the fence. I have visa and amex, it is maddening for me, at 61, to be expected to just jump into something, bitcoin, that i have no intention of using, period.

Why is this going on so suddenly? Just to make sure my card was working in the gambling arena and was not a problem from my credit union, i wasted $25.00 elsewhere as an experiment. Went through immediately. Is ACR going to switch to purely crypto deposits now?
