Question to the ARC reps. Why is it when im in a tournament my money in dollars switches over to BB and it in points? Right in the middle of play to and its annoying. Is this a glitch or these cheaters using poker RNG skrewing up the software?

That option can be toggled on/off in the following menu:


Options -> General -> Show chips as # of big blinds

It shouldn't change between hands, though. Try setting it and see how it goes for a few hands and let us know if it keeps changing by itself. :

Yeah, happens. It's a normal thing in card games and that's a fact that you can beat aces with a garbage hand easily. Also, I agree, sometimes you have to relax and don't think about poker to be more concentrated in future games.

This will happen whenever you click on a player's name. I don't know if it's an intentional toggle but I actually like it for MTTs because you can quickly see your stack size in terms of BBs or if you are looking in BBs you can see your actual stack without having to go to the options menu.

Is anything being done about the connection issues? They don't seem to get any better, just worse and worse. There are posts on the WPN forum that have been completely ignored. If worst comes to worst, shut the site down for a couple of days and get this issue fixed because at this point it's just ridiculous and seems like WPN has just given up on trying to fix it.

I am confused about these, is it 10 freerolls a day because the schedule on your site doesn't make it look like that. It reads more like 10 total freerolls, and it also says that this starts on the 14th but yet the first tournament on the schedule is listed for Monday..? Just trying to get some clarification.

It's 10 total free rolls starting Monday and 10 daily micros starting Tuesday.

Hi, Rakeback program and Elite program (combat points) are different. Please note that Elite Benefits is the default rewards program. You can only be enrolled in one program, so it is either one or the other. If you go rakeback you will not accumulate points for the Elite program.

Now, regarding the rakeback program: The Rakeback period starts every Monday at 12:00:00 ET and runs until Sunday at 11:59:59.

Your rakeback payment will be calculated as follows:
[(Ring Rake + Tournament Fees) - (Bonus Earned out)] * 27%
So the 27% is based on the previous calculation formula

Also, please note you can request the change from Elite to Rakeback. An important fact when changing programs is that all scopes from the old program are lost and the new program starts from scratch. Because of this, our recommendation is that you can first redeem your points before confirming the program change.

If you want to switch to rakeback, you must send an email to support@winningpokernetwork.com. The change will take around seventy-two hours to be reflected in your end, Once in rakeback, you can go back to Elite, but that will be the last change allowed.

All my ACR hand histories disappeared from the folder where ACR stores hand histories. Why did this happen? Did ACR somehow get rid of them? Will they come back? How do I stop it from happening?
