Hi and thanks for reaching us, please try to follow this step by step troubleshooting:



1. Find your main directory in file explorer!
2. Find ACR/BCP folder
3. Rename it or delete it
4. Delete Americas Card Room / Black Chip Poker from your computer in Control Panel
5. Restart your computer.
6. Check if you have the latest Java Flash player installed to run our software, if not please update it.
7. Delete cookies and cache from your browser.
8. Download and install (Once you download the software the system will request you a location for the files to be saved please at the end of that location add V2 and click on next/run)
9. Sign in

I have already taken these steps. On the previous page you gave the same answer to LJG23.
I installed: Adobe Flash Player ActiveX
Adobe Flash Player NPAPI
Adobe Flash Player PPAPI
Java 8 Update 251
I have removed ACR many times.
Nothing helped. This is the third day that I am trying to rectify this situation.

I have asked this a couple of times on this thread already and I am just trying to figure out if I am holding on to my tickets for nothing, but will the lower level Sit & Go's to the Venom be coming back before the Venom happens? Currently the only Venom Sit & Go is for step 9. If the lower ones will not be brought back sometime soon could they be brought back before the next Venom? If the second part is not something that you know right now I understand but can I get an answer about the SNGs for the current Venom?

I´ve checked with the team in charge, as they are restructuring the tournament schedule very soon we will have modifications so, I highly recommend you to keep checking the lobby.

It´s a display issue, when you refresh the lobby then you will see the correct time set.
Sorry, but this is more than a "display issue" as the player is never seated (I've ran into this before, and the only fix is to log out/back in)

In this case, please be so kind and send the report to support@winningpokernetwork.com with full details about it and our CS team will escalate the issue to the development team. Make sure to include screenshots and video clips if you have them.

Java and Flash are separate entities.....and both are pretty much obsolete going by today's standards......are there any plans on getting into the 21st century as far as the client software is concerned? This could be causing a lot of the performance issues that many have......just my 2c :)

Where is the Venom Marketplace mentioned on your website at for me to sell my venom tickets, because I am not a fan of the current cyclone 3 max structure?

Never mind misread the article the first time I read it, guess I'll hold on to the tickets until next time and hope we get a return to the old satellite structure because I think the current satellite structure is waste of time.

very disappointing
I was the chip leader of the club's tournament today and the tournament was stopped for technical reasonIMG 20200709 103916

I was refunded thank you for your support.


We apologize for the tech issues from yesterday. All tournaments have been suspended and then have been unpaused and run without any issues. However, some of them were canceled NOT all of them. If you received the message that the tournament was canceled, you should have received the compensation in your account.
