I was in the middle of a hand for .25/.50 Texas Hold’em and I get an error message stating the connection has been lost. I logged back in and my account balance went from. $150 to $0. Not sure what happened however that’s crazy that it can disappear just like that. Today is my first day on this website. Has this happened to anyone else?

Its 2020, and Progressive knockouts are kind of getting big on every site but ACR. I LOVE non KOs too, but why do you not have some larger guarantees with PROGRESSIVE knockouts, not just a simple bounty. The 6.60s 16.50 and 55s would be perfect for these 50% goes to buy in 50% to bounty. Also what happened to live chat? The response time on support kinda went to shit

Hi ACR Rep,
In the cash game lobby a table is highlighted green that I'm not sitting at. Usually table is only green when you're playing at that table. The table is Campton Hills $0.05/$0.10 Bombpot. I haven't played at that table at all today. I hope there isn't any of my money on that table from a previous day. Thanks for your help.

I hadn't played on WPN in quite some time (nor on any other sites either unfortunately :( ) but today I had a few spare hours and joined in on the CC $3 buyin game. And was experiencing just what Hugh has mentioned here.
I was playing on 2 tables, 2 separate tournaments. One was disconnected... but the other was still running :confused::confused::confused:
Then the other one would disconnect and the first would re-connect. WoW! WTF is up with that? For sure I won't be playing a schedule of tourneys with this happening.
Will this be fixed soon?

P.S. - your job must be really sucking right now with this stuff happening. Sorry about that.


Let me provide you some troubleshooting steps:

Please contact your Internet Service Provider or cable company and check your internet speed as well ask them for packet lost issues specifically.
Try to add an Ethernet cord to connect directly from your router to your desktop or laptop.
And lastly update all network drivers in the computer.

If the issue persist, please send a screen capture and all relevant details such as screen name, TID #, hand ID # , table #, date/time, etc, by email to support@winningpokernetwork.com so our department in charge can further investigate.

Logged in today my account is short another 20 cents. This os happening more frequently now just a few days ago it was 50 cents. I guess they will tale my money one way or another.

I did nothing has been done about it a usual. Also im still playing all the same shady cheating players I have reported nothing done there either. My poker game is so far off from playing on this site with all the crooked things going on I don't think Ill be depositing here again any time soon.:help::secruity:

If you have certified the account before and the account was certified, normally takes 72 hours, however, due to the high volume of transactions is taking more than the normal time frame. Keep in mind that under normal circumstances, payouts are processed the day after they are requested, however, all payouts are subject to review and may take up to 15 business days to process.

as of 9 am, Tuesday ACR dropping tourneys, use at your own risk

ACR up to it's tricks: started tourney, cancelled 5 minutes into it. Tourney suspended by host. Use ACR at your own risk, at this point. Hopefully they will solve the problem.

UPDATES:

Our financial history report is currently not displaying accurate data and is being worked on by our techs. Player balances have NOT been affected.

Due to a technical issue, we will be canceling all tournaments that are registering within the next hour. Today's tournament schedule will resume after the issue is resolved.

I'm getting tired of ACR allowing sitters to stay at the table. It slows the game down plus it even gives a winning hand to them it's ridiculous If a player misses 3blinds they should be removed from the table so give us a break and make the change


They give you 8 minutes if I'm not mistaken. I think that's fair, missing 3 blinds is arbitrary. Missing 3 blinds could take 12 minutes or it could take 5 minutes. A set time limit makes far more sense.

You are mistaken, ACR lets you sit until you get blinded out whether you start the tournament or not which I personally think is great, it allows me to play some OnDemand freerolls for all of 10 minutes then sit to the money if I get up quickly. I am not the only one, others do it too.

I misread Molly's original post I was sure this was in reference to cash games. Yea, honestly makes no sense to complain about people being blinded off in MTTs, it benefits all players that are actually playing. The 8 minutes was referring to the time limit in cash games.

These issues are not fixed, the issues that have been plaguing Blitz have seem to be magnified by today's outage. I have two Blitz tables that are completely frozen and the tables that aren't frozen I'm constantly getting disconnected from. This is at 1/2 but I assume it's happening at every Blitz table. Ever since the May 27th update there have been issues at Blitz with connection issues but it was usually a short disconnection and very occasionally there would be a disconnect that forced you to sit out but today those sit out disconnects are happening constantly. They're making Blitz unplayable.

I have a bunch of tickets for the cyclone level 1 but I tried to enter and now there's a "take my seat" button but when I click on it I just get an error and "you have been disconnected" and I can't play. I'm not sure if it charge me a ticket or not.

I had problems with ACR client couple months ago. I only play freerolls though. Months ago, after an update it always stuck at 99.9% or 100%. Now on the last update it works fine, but i can't see banner, pop-up(when i open the client first time, only sound working.), and account/cashout window at all. I only can open ticket manager, yet all other 3 tabs are black blank screen. I uninstalled, redownloaded, and reinstalled it.
Anyone else also have this issue?
