I just got KO'd in a tournament where I came in 16th where 7 guys had less than 1/2 a BB and were not paying blinds or antes. There were at least 15 hands played at my table with only three guys being dealt into the hand being killed by the blinds till only one of us was left. When the guy knocked me out no hands were being played and there were still 7 people at the table, mean while the other table had one player with the same problem. I took pictures and will be emailing support but shouldn't I at least get the prize money ahead of the 7 guys that weren't being dealt into the hand. Not to mention where I could have finished if I wouldn't have been hit by the blinds like crazy and been able to fold some of the hands I was forced to play because I was hit by the blinds like this? I took screen shots but it's a pain to upload them here. I am going to email support with the pics and I may upload them here later. It was only a freeroll but the difference in where I finished and where I should have finished is at minimum a buck.

you do not support skrill now. this may change soon; I also want to discuss the huge late reg from 90 to 300 min that almost all tours have. but I will open a thread for the players to give their opinion.

Anyone know why ACR are asking for my id, proof of residence and bank card copies. is this legal? This is the internet , surely we are careful who we give our personal details to. And why am i being asked suddenly for all the details after i've been playing acr for a few months.

wont let me deposit

I have made a few deposits and now it keeps saying card is declined but ihave spoke to the bank nd they said it is not declined on their end! I have sent emails and haven't herd anything back from ACR support !already missed out on tourneys I wanted to play in so maybe you can help me get this fixed please!! user name on ACR is notoriousbdc

Just to be cleared, the times you have tried, no funds were deducted, right? The main issue is that you cannot use the card to deposit, every time you try you get the decline error? If so, please do not try more attempts. Confirm to me if no funds were deducted, then I will check with the team.

correct no funds were taken from my card ! I also sent a email to them containing a picture of the card and my drivers license and a water bill just incase they need to verify my account . also tried another card that was also declined but no funds were taken from it also . I went tot the gas station to see if my card would work after I talked to the bank to make sure it was not them declining it and they said it was not any problems in their end . my card worked at the gas station as well. so I don't understand why it wont work. thanks for your help!

Must say I am pleased with ACR service on withdrawals. The last two weeks I have done 2 withdrawals one via Bitcoin and the other via ecoPayz. Both were completed in 18 hours. Thank you guys for the great service. Keep it up.

Thank you so much for certifying the account, we do ask for documents when you request a cash-out, as all the gaming companies do it. Keep in mind every time you register a new card you should send the info of that card, more info here: https://www.americascardroom.eu/pla...t-your-winnings/general-cash-out-information/

Regarding the issue with the card, the processor only allow to register 3 cards per month. You would be able to register a new card after 27 days. So, I recommend you use the card you previously had register. Make sure to delete cookies and cache before trying to deposit, then open the poker client and try to deposit. Let me know how it goes.
