I tried opening BCP last night and it told me the shortcut was deleted. I tried re-downloading it and now it's not letting me. First it tells me that it can't make a HH file and then tells me that it can't finish downloading. Any help would be wonderful.

Thanks in Advance,

HerbPuffer

Problem with funds removed on ACR, please help

Howdy ACR Rep,

A "glitch" happened to me on ACR yesterday, something that has never happened to me across oh... 10 or 12 poker sites since I started playing online in 2005 or 2006

I finished playing Weds with $1103. I had started the day at about 780 or so, played a $109 tourney where I cashed for 380, and played a bunch of cash games chasing points. I was basically breaking even in cash, but wound up winning something like 20 or 30 on the day.

When I checked yesterday morning around 6am to see if they were going to run the 730am PLO which has been an overlay every day for weeks, (and I am playing right now) the site was down, or updating. When I checked back, my account was down $262.55

They had completely wiped out all days/weeks previous transactions in the update and the only transactions that were there were the 2 tourneys I just signed up for and 2 "over credit correction" transactions, deducting the money from my account.

I emailed them immediately and later got a form letter 3 times that failed to answer my specific questions and just repeated that my account was one that had been over-credited...except it hadn't.

I have a small bankroll on there... I know how much I have within a few dollars AT ALL TIMES. In 16 years of playing online, this has never happened to me.

I emailed again, and got the same form letter.

I have been playing nonstop on ACR for months and I know cardschat has a great relationship with ACR and I have been grinding on there non-stop for months, but this needs to be fixed.

I would possibly play tournaments again, but cash? How can I ever trust the system again? Even if they refund the money. I don'tn believe for second that it was intentional, but stilll, I am out 25% of my bankroll on ACR and out $262.55

I'm a chaplain, I've been playing online in pokerstars poker club rooms and ACR and donating a chunk of my winnings to the people I serve...I;m not going to run a scam for a lousy 200 bucks... but this is B.S.

The same rep I emailed did take care of them accidentally not registering me for the beast this week... again, not intentional I am sure, but stilll...

Not sure what I can do at this point, I seem to be getting the same form letter explaining that a number of players were overpaid.

Again, the update completely wiped out the entire transaction history, but one table they listed as an overcompensation, was one I played 30 minutes, cashed out and... that's it. There's no record of duplicate payouts, or any record of any payouts, they were wiped out in the update, but look, I play all day every day these days and I know what bankroll is within 20 or 30 bucks at all times.

Any insight is welcome. Help would be even better.

Thanks,

I'm assuming I will have to request a hand/tourney history after doing all this to be able to get everything onto HoldemManager which I just purchased a few days ago?

Yeah...except it was deleted in the update... and I have sent several emails and keep getting the form letter you printed here... as I have mentioned,. I keep bvery close track of my funds, and there isn't much to keep track of... I like the site, but there have been many many many "glitches"... Thanks for replying, but you have basically shared the same form letter and no details have been forthcoming... honestly, I watch my $$ like a hawk, I am not sure I would believe it if the erased transactions appeared. Again, it's not nefarious, it's just a mistake, but one they don't (as yet) seem willing to address other than to state that it was correct when I know it wasn't.

After 16 years...this is a new one for me and sadly, it spells the end of my being able to confidently play any cash games if there is even a chance this could happen again.

Thanks for your reply.

Did you have an issue with the "overcredit correction"?

One table I played 30 mins, cashed out, and that was later removed from my account. Really disappointing handling of this so far... just keep getting the same form letter... knew exactly what was in the account.

What is the response time for ACR email right now with Covid-19?

I tried to put in a request for withdrawal but it was cancelled, and got the following "There has been a problem processing your recent payout request. Please contact customer service for further information."

I emailed, but wanted to check what kind of time frame am I looking at before a reply?

Like where is my money. Can someone help? Than ks

Why couldn't you cash the check?
My bank wouldn't cash it..and they told me to go to Walmart..I went to two different ones near me and they wouldn't cash it..So they told me to write void on the check and take pics and send to them and they would put it back in my account..Still don't have it..They didn't even put the 65 back in my account yet that I paid for a quick cashout...So much for that..sigh

I certainly want to be polite and I do appreciate your providing me with another rep to email (never heard back though), but I guess the only option is just don't play cash games on ACR any more. I have repeatedly said that the accounting is not correct, I keep close track of my funds...but they keep repeating two transactions they claim were "overcredited" which I guess means duplicated? No idea... but again, given that the update completely erased the transaction records, I don't know how you guys can claim this is not a serious problem... I am to just take ACR at its word and disregard my own 30 years of poker and of following my bankroll the last 15 very closely.

What advice would you give to someone who came to you and said "I am absolutely certain this money was not overcredited, and there are no transactions to check because they have been removed"

I honestly want to know what your advice is to someone who is 100% positive this was done in error who has simply been told "no, we fixed it, this is right?

I respect that cardschat has a good relationship with ACR, but with this happening, the players are not protected from these "glitches". How much will I lose next glitch? 400? 600? my entire bankroll? How can I know?

This is the last reply I got from "Logan" at ACR. and my response. Astonishingly, after not helping me at all and in no way addressing my issue, he adds a link to the promo page. I mean...seriously?

Below is my last response and the email chain, would love to hear a suggestion for a remedy that doesn't include me losing the money that was wrongly removed from my account.

Yes... what I'm telling for the 4th time now is that this is not only inaccurate, it's not verifiable since your update DELETED the previous transactions.

I keep saying this... I know how much $$ I had within about 20 bucks. I am never never never ever playing cash on your site agaiin.

There is no way you can be trusted at this point.

Again, it wouldn't make sense to do this deliberately, but as ACR has made some tech mistakes in the past, this is another one, except I (and probably others) are paying for your mistakes.

i can see this won't get rectified and my only real option is just not play and let people know what happened.

Not a smart way to maintain a business model based on players trusting you.

I don't know how many times or how many ways I can say it- you made a mistake. WORSE... your update totally obliterated ALL THE PREVIOUS transactional records, so I have no idea how you expect players to just mistrust their own numbers after playing for 3 decades and trust yours...after you've scrubbed the files.

At this point, even a refund isn't satisfactory. My trust for ACR is at such a low point, I have no idea how you can regain my trust.

As we explained previously, on May 27th, a software issue occurred after an update that mistakenly affected player balances. Some players were incorrectly credited with additional funds.
Debits have been made to rectify the situation.

Your account was among those that were impacted. Your balance was incorrectly credited an additional during your play on May 27th.
The amount debited was: $ 262.55.

Here are the transactions that we deducted from your balance.

Overcredit at Entry: 123643265 Hunter 0.5/1 NL $74.55
Over credit at Entry: 123636617 Florence 2/4 FL $188.00

I've explained this twice in previous emails... you guys removed all the transactions so I can't double chheck, but I know how much $$ I had. I have a small balance... had 780 or so to statrt day, played a $109 100K and cvashed for 380. Played cash tables throughout the day breaking mostly even overall, but making a few dollars. When you updated, you WIPED OUT THE RECORD.

I've read your explanation several times...it is inaccurate, it is not true. I don't believe it weas intentional, but it is in fact an error on ACR's part.

One supposed "over credit" was a table I played for 30 minutes, topped up a couple of times and cashed out for $88... this was not a duplicate cashout... and neither was the one for 175 or so.

You really need to fix this immediately and not with another form email with the same bogus information... there is no way I can ever play cash games again on your site at this point... if you fix it immediately, maybe... but I'll tell ya, even then I will play 1 or 2 tables and quit for the day when I leave the table.

yoiu really need to fix this, and again, NOT WITH A BOGUS FORM LETTER explaining something that didn't happen in my case.

If you can't fix this okay... but I am posting this story everywhere I can find and cashing out what I have as soon as I can convert the points I have already to cash.

This was 25% of my bankroll... you seriously don't think I have any idea what is in a bankroll that small?

FIX THIS PLEASE.

Dear Korte,

We hope this email finds you well, it is a pleasure for us to assist you.

On May 27th, a software issue occurred after an update that mistakenly affected player balances. Some players were incorrectly credited additional funds.

Debits have been made to rectify the situation.

Your account was among those that were impacted. Your balance was incorrectly credited an additional during your play on May 27th.
The amount debited was: $262.55.

Yesterday I started the day with around $780 or so.

I cashed for $380 in the 915 am 100K gtd

I played quite a number of cash games, breaking about even, but I think making a few dollars, winding up a bit over $1100

Today i come in my account after your update and find my balance has been reduced by $262.55

It says "overcredit at entry"...this is nonsense. I know how much money I had and you guys are ripping me off, I am guessing through incompetence. Now I have toi wonder how many times this happened for lesser amounts that I didn't notice.

PLEASE CREDIT ME THIS MONEY IMMEDIATELY

May I ask the exact timeframe of the transactions you are asking? Also, let me see if I´m understanding... You are NOT seeing the full transaction history, right? May I have a screenshot of it that match the transaction history you are asking, please...Also, I don´t understand why you are saying that our team deducted other transactions as those transactions you are claiming have been already processed and recorded on the backend. The only funds that our Financial department deducted were the following, as we have to reverse the extra credit:

Overcredit at Entry: 123643265 Hunter 0.5/1 NL $74.55
Over credit at Entry: 123636617 Florence 2/4 FL $188.00

Dear ACR,

I requested a $100 withdrawal by check (free option), but today I got an email that it was denied, without explanation. I have withdrawn before using the same method without problem. Could you please look into it?

Thank you for your patience, I´ve checked with the team. It was canceled due to an error system. The funds have been sent to your poker account. I would highly recommend requesting a Bitcoin cash out if you want to receive the funds faster as for checks normally takes 8 weeks to receive it.
