Is this just me ? In my micro sitgo lobby , there is a 3.30 PLO8 sitgo game with 8 entrants.Every time i try to enter i get a pop up saying that my registration to this tournament was interrupted and to contact support.
This game is always up when i open the client and its always the same , it's been like this for a week. I have no problem entering any other game .

I was seeing this with the $10.90 Turbo NLH SNG. I played a few hours joining the regular structure but turbo stayed at 8 of 9 players for about 2 hours before I stopped checking.

Can anyone help me navigate the new ACR? It doesnt have to be support, anyone who knows can respond.

I dont seem to see the ACR Cards Chat free roll anymore. Has the location changed or do you need to have some combination of tabs clicked?

It used to be I would have 'freerolls' and 'private' tabs engaged and it would show. With the latest update, these options are now on the same line.

Also when I have Satellites checked I dont see all the satellites just one group even though I have all checked below it.

Also I dont understand what Anniversary Millions 2h Turbo Sat is indicating. Is this a timed event satellite that will last 2 hours and then end?

I feel like I have been transported into a crazy world where they quarantine the healthy.

To find all available sats, please check if you have any filter active and remove it, also using the tabs.

Hello.

I'm a former SNG grinder and I'm wondering why we can no longer sign up for multiple of the same stake & style SNG at once? Jumping in however many I'm going to play for that sessions at one time is much more convenient than having to register for another one each time one starts.

Thanks in advance for any information you can bring to me on the subject.

Hi, sadly that option/feature was available in the previous version of the software, not this latest version, however, I will send your comments and suggestion to our developers, so they can consider your input. Thanks for choosing us!

you can only play jackpots and some other limited games on the mobile version. i dont know why it takes them so long to finally release a functional application. i mean even some of the smaller sites offer play from Apps :confused: i dont get it, maybe WPN rep wants to tell us why this takes ages :cool:

Please notice that we do not have a full mobile version at the moment, our Dev team is working on it to have MTTs available for mobile soon.

Also, while I’m ranting, the site’s card generation is not consistent. Now, of course, the card generation is going to be different when it comes to how many players are sitting at a table. However, the card generation should be the same for every table with the same amount of players.

In one 9 player tourney, the card generation seem to be fair and consistent. I was receiving a generation of good cards and bad cards, and getting pocket pairs about every 15-20 hands or so, and getting a fair share of premium cards.

Now, I go and play in a different 9 player tourney , where the stakes are higher, and the card generation was extremely conservative in its dealing. For ten straight hands or more, I received mostly rags. At first, I thought maybe it was just me being agitated and overly sensitive because I had garbage hands. But that want the case. It was a pattern.

The 9 player low stake tourneys are/were more liberating with its card generation, giving me a fair shot at winning. But at a 9 player high stake game, the card generation would be totally different.

That’s a major problem. Card generation should not change at any table with the same amount of players. That means algorithms are set differently for different tourneys and different games.

That would be like going to a casino where one dealer deals differently than the other, when the job of both dealers is to deal the cards as they come. They can’t make one table’s card dealing more open than the others, unless the amount of players change. And that’s more about the players than the dealing.

Did you guys move the transaction history button found on deposit and on withdrawal page? Or was it removed altogether with the new updates?

In the Tuesday Casino.org freeroll at 1900 EST, there were three players sitting out for several rounds. It got down to two tables, and these three were on my table. They never anted or were dealt cards. They had less than 1000 chips between them, but they caused me to fail to make the final table. I went out in tenth. I checked the final table, and they were still not playing. They were just sitting there, not being dealt or paying antes, slowly climbing up the money (even if it is a freeroll). lobatonale has 190 chips, iplay2winal0t has 235, and ARTIFAKT has 655. That's the same they have had for an hour.

I have already sent this letter to support but just to confirm your post (and to make sure the entire field is sorted/compensated correctly)...

In today’s Casino Org Free Roll held at ACR (20710072), near the bubble I noticed something strange (no idea when this started precisely and whether they blocked players from making the money).

3 very low stacks all located on one table , of 655, 235 and 190 chips were not blinding down. They were just stuck on screen, frozen. This of course made others at the table keep facing more blinds and orbits.

It got worse.

The three ghost players (a Bolivian, an American and a South African and this was obviously not their fault) then started ascending up the leader board in a group blocking many players who had passed the bubble from their correct position and more importantly money jumps.

I took several screen shots which I am not going to post here (already sent to support) to show how they rose and blocked the leaderboard. They then blocked the final table from being formed when there were only nine players left. Obviously it was screwing up everyone’s play on both remaining tables. Having luckily made the top nine it was frustrating. I then hoped when the remaining players dropped to six they might disappear when only the final table was left.

But no, all three were then transferred to the final table.

Having made the final table I can confirm no one was awarded the correct prize (again I have a screen shot of winner with all the chips - but the three ghost players got position 1,2 and 3).

For what its worth thehangdude I think I will make a separate thread in the general Poker Rooms forum as it makes an interesting story...

I am sure this will be addressed for all 45 prize winners...

Okay, some hours later ACR have amended the tourney and it looks like everyone has laddered up correctly.

Same exact thing

The same exact thing happened to me on that same date. 55 days later, I am still waiting to hear about getting my money back. Is this right place to complain? I can post my email correspondeces with Americas Card Room on this site. It actually shows the timeline from when I first told them, to when they told me it was being fixed, to then tell me that the X amount of money is not missing (even though we told you it was missing, and we told you that it has been a problem, and you will find people on Twitter and many other "boards") to a man that goes by one name P****. I will not provide his name, as I don't have an official ruling from him. I am going to share his first email that he sent me. It seems that I have to post a lot to be able to really get anywhere on this site.
I am having a similar problem. The site glitched and crashed when transferring my $3,800 between the casino and my poker wallet and now it's no where. I have been emailing support and getting no response. I have tried to call support and the number no longer works. If anyone please has a different way to contact someone in support that can help please let me know.
