Also, it may be worth noting that immediately after I transferred the money to the casino / live dealer casino the system went down and when I tried clicking on either for several hours it said down for maintenance. They're back up now but the money is gone!

I hope so. My withdrawal got rejected. And money disappeared from my account. Got an email saying that my "funds returned to your DigitalExchange account." But funds are nowhere to be found. We're talking about $5,500 by the way. I'm waiting for a response from costumer support since yesterday.

site wide crash, all tourneys that I saw were halted. I was in one that halted for 30 minutes.

Many disappeared from the upcoming events. Some came back, only to disappear again.

Appears they are overwhelmed with users. Hopefully can upgrade equipment on 4-29 as they posted. Maybe new servers with AMD chips.

Hey ACR rep ya'll do a decent job of answering request and things from players so maybe not to many people would have the same request but I have one. Could you guys make it a possibility to sort your hand history by time the hand was dealt? For instance if I get KO'd in a tournament when I go to the lobby and hit HH the ones that show up first or at the top of the list are from the most recent tournament or table I was in/at.

My question to AmericasCardroom, with the rise of this cryptocurrency and the number of new financial services platform or reliable wallets that exist in the market, have you not studied partnering with them to facilitate the deposit and withdrawal of real money? Current deposit systems are cumbersome, and even more so in the United States where the use of online gaming accounts is blocked. When I talk about wallets I mean strong companies like XTB, UPHOLD, ETORO, DARWINEX, ETC. If you already have direct deposits with these online companies, let me know to start playing on their page. Thanks for the feedback, I have sent your inquiries and suggestions to the department in charge, we normally don't recommend players an specific deposit method, since that depends on many factors, such as location, availability, players can get advice based on what they want to deposit (amounts, cards, checks, cash etc) contacting directly our CS support and deposits department.

So glad I decided to stay away after having an issue getting into a cash game at around 12:30 eastern. Finally let me in but I bailed before the BB even looped around to me.
Hopefully they get it straightened out by tomorrow.

I've been told that all scheduled tournaments will be down for the rest of the day/night, but should be back up tomorrow. In the meantime, there are still cash games, Jackpot Poker, Sit and Gos, and On Demands.

I have been experiencing some difficulties while attempting to log in for the past two weeks (might even be a bit longer than that.. I'm not sure as it is causing me to rarely ever play on the site now).

Is this happening for anyone else & what could possibly be the cause of it???

I go to click on the icon on my computer desktop and the site begins to open.... then says it's 'Unpacking new version' 'Installing new version' ... then shows it hitting 100% within a few seconds but then instead of opening up I get a message saying

I click on 'OK'

I then go to try to login again.... and this time it says 'the desktop icon shortcut does not exist

So I go to the ACR webpage & click on DOWNLOAD. It downloads... icon appears on my desktop, I click on it.. and I'm in to the site! But then the next day I go to play on the site and it does the same thing to me again. Every single time!


Anyways... it's getting tiresome. When it first started to happen to me, I'd already have other sites opened up and then would go thru all the crap while I have a bunch of other tables running (ACR games generally start up a bit later during the day vs. many other sites). More recently I've been just saying Fk it! And not even bothering.
(same thing happens with BlackChip).

It's getting to where I'm thinking I'd like to just cashout and use my money on sites where I can actually log in & play.

Was surprised to see that all my tournaments have been canceled and I haven’t been refunded yet. I am confident that ACR will handle things appropriately but I was wondering why happened ?

Also, I spent a decent amount trying to spin in many tournaments that have now been canceled. What happens with that money?
