I deposited bitcoin yesterday around this time. It has been confirmed on the blockchain now for almost 24hrs. No money in ACR account to reflect this. I have sent numerous emails with no response, they dont have live chat anymore and their phone number doesn't work. I won't get started on how I lost with aces 9 times in 24hrs in huge hands that either kicked me out of a tournament right before or on the money bubble because people just seem to LOVE the word variance and that just dismisses percentages and odds. Pretty much this site just seems like a giant scam since I signed up a little over a month ago and not only that now they're stealing from me and won't respond to any form of communication to debunk the accusation. Anyone have any other suggestions on where to play poker online that won't steal from me? Thank you.

Hi, thank you for your comment. Actually that tourney was generated by mistake, duplicated from a previous one. We invite you nevertheless to try our On Demand freerolls that are constantly starting. Best luck at the tables! :

Compared to other poker websites i think acr is good design and its easy to play.But u know every website have good and bad side.For acr i can say its nonsense bcuz they are live chat 24 7 and when they have problems with website like a downtime and every tournament stop they go offline with live chat.

ACR Late tourney chips expressed in BB and dollars,

Last night, ACR late tourney chips have been expressed in BB(Big Blind) and dollars instead of just dollars. It's distracting to have to hover your mouse over your chip amount when it says "3.22 BB", and it will tell you your stack in dollars.

The way to get around the BB conversion to $: have tourney lobby open, it is never displayed in BB, only in dollars.
Today, nothing displayed in BB, only in dollars. Let's hope ACR can get it together, and stop the amounts in Big Blinds, instead of dollars.

what's more annoying is when you hover over a players avatar and it pops up and won't go away until you click another players avatar several times. been going on for several weeks. fix it acr

I wish you guys wouldve fulfilled the 6.60 freerolls.. I had three tables that I was really deep in. Couldve used those tickets to play in some bigger tournaments FeelsBadMan

Good morning ACR Rep. I just downloaded the latest update for Mac today. When the client opens to the login screen you can clearly see the gold Live Dealer and slots buttons in the upper right. But after I log in these buttons disappear so no way to access these games. Not available in Casino tab.

Hi and thanks for the report, I will send it to the department in charge, in the meantime, please to follow these steps:


1. Find your main directory in file explorer!
2. Find ACR/BCP folder
3. Rename it or delete it
4. Delete Americas Card Room / Black Chip Poker from your computer in Control Panel
5. Restart your computer.
6. Check if you have the latest Java Flash player installed to run our software, if not please update it.
7. Delete cookies and cache from your browser.
8. Download and install (Once you download the software the system will request you a location for the files to be saved please at the end of that location add V2 and click on next/run)
9. Sign in

I had six days, I waited 3 days, they returned the money to me and told me to send the application again, because they have technical problems. and again I waited 3 days:lollypop:

money always came, you just have to wait, they probably manually process applications
