Thank you for your feedback, I´ve sent it to the department in charge.

Thanks for forwarding my input, but they don't seem to believe me that when antes are present they should be included in the big blind calculation.

When antes are not included the statistic is misleading at best.

The earth is not flat, poker is not rigged, Epstein did not kill himself, and antes should be included in the big blind calculation.

My balance was at 426 and I had just transferred 100 back from live dealer and now both say 0. You can look under my financial history and see everything pretty easy so Im not sure what is going on but please help me. It's been an hour and I cant get a hold of anyone. I've tried closing out, clearing history, logging in from my phone and everything and nothing is correcting it.

I am having a similar problem. The site glitched and crashed when transferring my $3,800 between the casino and my poker wallet and now it's no where. I have been emailing support and getting no response. I have tried to call support and the number no longer works. If anyone please has a different way to contact someone in support that can help please let me know.

Hi, please try to get back to the game and look into that game's cashier to see if the money is still there. If so, try the withdrawal option and the money should return to your casino balance. If this troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, please send an email to

Please note that in tournament play, in viewing stack sizes in the amount of big blinds, if the big blind has less than 1 big blind left (or none - but contributed to the antes, if any), every player will show the multiples of the current big blind that the all-in big blind has contributed. For example, the big blind could be all in for <1 big blind, and the stack sizes would be multiplied by the partial blind that he's in for......so the blind count could show upwards of 500+ big blinds when in fact you only have 10 full blinds or so. You need to understand that big blinds are set, and you're not betting a partial blind during normal play of that particular hand, even tho the big blind is all in.

To sum it up in one sentence, the software is calculating the amount of blinds a person has by the % of the blind that the all-in player has contributed.

An easy workaround for this blind calculation error is to simply change to total amount of chips view until the hand is over.

I'm not sure if this has been reported yet (I'm sure it has), but I think this is something that needs to be addressed.

I've found that if you click on the area where the chips/BB's are displayed, it rotates between the two....note: This also happens when you click on that particular area of the display of ANY other player's stack that's at the table...

Hy ACR..
My account has been disabled because I use vpn and change the ip to a place that can access ACR software.. I can't access ARC via local ip because the connection is always interupted.. If using VPN isn't allowed, I can't play on ACR anymore..

Dear ACR, I have another question for you, why I can’t write in the chat where I suspect a player of dishonest game, I think that this is playing a bot, I have 8 tables open, of which I can write in six and in two where I suspect that this bot can’t, it’s strange! I used to think it was a bug, but now I don’t think so! I have more and more doubts about the honesty of this room

This is a known bug that I've seen, simply close the table and re-open it, and chat works fine again. Sometimes disabling the chat then reenabling it works too. They need to fix it, this has been going on for many upidates now....sucks if you're in a cash game, but the closing/reopening of the table works fine in tournaments.

Deposit not reflected in my ACR account

I just made a deposit using bitcoin more than an hour ago. However, the amount is not reflected in my account.
Any suggestions?

ACR Rep: Please let the software team know that your client doesn't follow standard tournament rules:

1. When arriving at a new table, the new player cannot start on the button. The button is moving to the new player instead of staying where it should with the current player. The player to the left of the new player will have the small blind, as normal.

2. When a player raises all in for less than 50% of the current blind (or amount of a previous raise), there CANNOT be a raise behind them. This is a major flaw, and can affect gameplay considerably.

I want to first say I love ACR, I deposit twice a week sometimes a lot more often and play EVERYDAY. I have never had an issue until now, to say 24/7 support I guess should be removed from the site. It’s been over 10 hours and not even an automated response, disappointed to say the least. Here is the major problem that happened. I Deposited $60 USD in Bitcoin, the balance was in my account after transaction was confirmed on Blockchain. I saw the balance in my ACR under "My account" tab. I opened the casino game touchdown frenzy and deposited the entire balance, when the small "deposit/withdraw" window disappeared my balance on the game was zero. I closed the tab and went back to the ARC app my balance was now zero. My whole deposit disappeared to ZERO WHERE IS IT! No way to the 24/7 contact customer service to tell them about the issue. I’m sure they will resolve but WTF!
