I have been waiting since Saturday for a bitcoin withdrawal and as of today it is still showing as pending. I have used bitcoin with other gaming sites before and the process has been at most 48 hrs with in most cases same day. What is going on here? Thanks

Hi ACR

Is your support even alive? I've had a problem with transaction into sports, the result was 1$ of my account just disappearing. I've sent like 2 e-mails and for 2 days no response. I know it's Corona-time etc but c'mon, because of that 1 dollar i may never again use your Sportsbookie.

I love it. Are player points not being added to other players too, or just me? I played a lot last week and got a lot of points. I figured hey, maybe they won't update till Sunday at 6am, but nope. And I love how they conveniently dropped live chat and phone support....but yet they either ignore emails or simply take days upon days to respond.

I agree, I don't know what I would do if I was stuck at home without online poker.:)

No guys, thanks to YOU. This has been a very difficult for all of us but it´s temporary, we only have to take care of ourselves and follow all the health measurements. Once again thanks to you guys for your preference.

We have been updating manually every Friday. You can check all the info about our Loyalty updates here

About our emails, please notice that the response time is between 24-72 hours. If you haven´t received the reply, please contact me directly via private message with your screen name and email address registered in your account.

Oh and btw, thanks for telling us about the above mentioned forum. The first time I've heard of this is when the update completed this morning and the link was on the "loading" window. You guys need to start putting players in the loop via emails. I see that there's been posts on that forum since February. It's now April. And how are we supposed to know about it when it's not linked from americascardroom.eu? You guys have no problem sending out promotional emails, but yet support emails take DAYS to get an answer and players are left in the dark about downtime, etc.

Is ACR under maintainance??

i have been trying to acess since last 7 hours. it notifies as " come after 30 minutes", is that what you all have been experiencing right now?

Their "Forum" said 12:30pm EDT, it's now 1pm. Who knows? :rolleyes: You would think they'd fix the automatic updates of player points instead of adding new avatars as a priority.

I don't get it. They obviously released the new version, as it downloads and installs upon launch. What's the problem, I wonder....you would figure the ACR rep would be on top of this on the forum, but they're nowhere to be found. And why did they choose 6am to perform this upgrade when they knew it would be down most of the day? Why not start at midnight?

ACR is down, it is not possible to get access to the poker client.

with every major update things like this happen :) i hope it makes it better , because they say that they are changing mobile version too , thats good because you cant play tournament on mobile now
we have to wait guys :)

all the big names had this problem too ,

Not on a consistent basis like ACR's "updates" and crashes on a daily basis. Plus, as mentioned before, this is 8 hours and counting (and nearing 2 hours past their last ETA) . The least they could do would be to issue a statement of what's going on and give a new ETA (if known.) Doesn't it seem odd that they only have email support now? I could understand ditching live chat, but phone support too? They've even came out and said that it could take 1-3 DAYS to respond to emails. It kinda defeats the purpose of support when it takes that long, as most requests are simple, such as knowing when they'll be operational again, and the question is moot when it takes that long to respond to an email, as most situations such as this will have been long resolved by the time they reply.

I don't see a problem with ACR doing updates.. They are letting us know things are taking longer.. What is the big deal? Damn whining babies that start convulsing when they cant play online poker.. There are a few other sites you could play while ACR is doing maintenance. Stop the bitching and find something to do.
