Thanks for reaching us with your concerns, could you also please clarify which anti virus you are using and your operational system such as Windows (Version), Mac, Linux, etc. In the meantime please follow this step by step troubleshooting once again and let us know:

1. Find your main directory in file explorer!
2. Find ACR/BCP folder
3. Rename it or delete it
4. Delete Americas Card Room / Black Chip Poker from your computer in Control Panel
5. Restart your computer.
6. Check if you have the latest Java Flash player installed to run our software, if not please update it.
7. Delete cookies and cache from your browser.
8. Download and install (Once you download the software the system will request you a location for the files to be saved please at the end of that location add V2 and click on next/run)
9. Sign in

I don’t understand why they took away their freerolls they probably end wit most of money won off freerolls but glad to hear they back just tried to play and tournament got canceled

ok thanks for the quick answer. i have to say rep, the new freeroll schedule is pretty lame. only every three hours and with bigger stack. that is a huge step back. it was sooo nice before with the on demand 270 players. i really dont get why you guys decided to change that. greetings.:ciao:

I got one suggestion regardin the 50$ on demand freerolls.
I see that the format changes daily/2-day period. One day they are all NL hold'em and the next day it's all PLO.

Would love to see some kind of a mixture like one tourney NL Holdem > next one PLO and so on. I think that would keep the players from both formats in the game daily.
Personally i am not a big fan of PLO and it kinda hurts me to see it for the whole 2 days but that's just my opinion of course.

Appreciate the valuable feedback, I just sent it to the tournaments department, appreciate your preference with our poker website, and wish you the best of luck at the tables!

I'd like to say great job with the old and new freerolls, loved the plo and also the plo8, never played it before and found myself running deep into all of them, had tremendous fun. The 6 max is great idea, even when I bust myself in the first hand, no matter the field they are always enjoyable to participate in.


I think having a mixture of games is great for those wanting to play hands and learn.

thanks rep. i have to add something: i observed some of those freerolls now and i really dont get it. right now there is one running and after more than four hours of play there are still more than 18 players left with a guaranteed price of 0.27 $

what is the purpose of making such long freeroll tournaments and only every three hours? before with those on demand 270 players, one could multitable and make a few cents here and there. these tournaments were really unique and the action was great. now its a total snoozefest:boring:

I am sure this has been tackled before but I am just wondering why you guys close the table and or don't allow people to look at or replay the hand that gets them knocked out of the tournament? Sometimes I just want to review and see where I messed up or even missed the card that lost me the hand when I thought I had it won. Is there maybe a setting to change this that I am just not seeing? I realize I could go back and look at it in the lobby but sometimes that's just to hard to find. Hell even Call of Duty goes back and shows you a replay right after you got KO'd, why don't you guys? Just kidding with this last comment.

$500.02 has disappeared from my ACR Account on 03/25 at 10:46 a.m. An approved pending withdrawal for $200.00 on 03/25 has also disappeared. contacting cashier@digitalexchange.eu and support@americascardroom.eu has resulted in no support.


After my inquiries, they sent me promotional material for future deposits, but refuse to address that you have taken $ 700.02 from my account with no explanation.

Not sure if this is right place or if it needs moved but here is my question.

I had to get a new hard drive and had to do a fresh install of ACR if i click on casino it now opens in internet explorer instead of firefox or google chrome. It says adobe has blocked content when i try to bring a game up in casino and it only gives the options to allow it once which takes game back away and brings back casino lobby, rinse and repeat.
Anyway my question How do i change which browser it opens in. I dont want it opening in Internet explorer.

I have noticed that too. Especially annoying when you are way ahead in the hand then the river card comes and you lose, the window closes and you want to go back and look at what happened and analyze WTF went down. Did they have the right pot odds? What were the odds of them making the hand that beat you? It's like , poof. you lost and you are not sure why...lol

Hello please notice that due to the update we recently did, third-party Apps have been disabled at the moment.
