Not sure if this is right place or if it needs moved but here is my question.

I had to get a new hard drive and had to do a fresh install of ACR if i click on casino it now opens in internet explorer instead of firefox or google chrome. It says adobe has blocked content when i try to bring a game up in casino and it only gives the options to allow it once which takes game back away and brings back casino lobby, rinse and repeat.
Anyway my question How do i change which browser it opens in. I dont want it opening in Internet explorer.

The answer is it opens in whatever is the Windows default browser, so whatever browser you set to be the Windows default. Just follow the directions in the link ACR Rep gave you but you can set it to any browser you have installed on your computer when you get to the last step. If one does not work correctly just set it to another.

I have a problem with my loyalty points, i played a few tournaments today and my CP counter is exactly the same. Is it possible that there is some kind of a delay in awarding the loyalty points?

I have noticed that too. Especially annoying when you are way ahead in the hand then the river card comes and you lose, the window closes and you want to go back and look at what happened and analyze WTF went down. Did they have the right pot odds? What were the odds of them making the hand that beat you? It's like , poof. you lost and you are not sure why...lol

In the meantime, all points will be updated every Friday throughout the day, until the Rewards Program update is ready to be deployed.
