Yes, I like it. Nice color scheme; great that we can see and activate time bank easily; and its very cool that the avatars actually look like they're holding the cards and pondering their next move, instead of just sitting to the side. Good job ACR!

Edit: I'm sure they're still working out the kinks, but FYI, I just made an FT and it didn't change to FT background. (And yes, its already turned on in my settings).

Appreciate your feedback and suggestions, I´ll send it to our development team:)

I'd like to suggest that ACR open up some focus groups or surveys when making these sorts of changes. I absolutely hate the new format from this morning's update. I'm playing OMHL almost exclusively and find the new format very cluttered especially when playing multiple tables, which I do most of the time. I've gone with straight black & gray theme colouring and turned off the avatars which helps a bit. I loved the avatars yesterday but today they just add to the clutter. I would really like to see them go back to yesterday's format.

+++ Back to the focus group / survey suggestion. There are a number of things that regular players such as myself notice and could provide feedback on IF we knew that it was going to be taken seriously. In my experience sending a comment to customer support is not a good way to get your comments taken seriously. Perhaps the ACR rep could open up a private thread (by invitation only) to solicit feedback and discussion about upcoming and past changes. I would be happy to contribute IF I knew my comments were potentially going to have some weight/impact.

We highly appreciate all your feedback related to improving the site, rest assure that we always send all suggestions to our development team :)

Focus group is a good idea. Regs will notice things others don't. My previous post was a first impression but you make good points. I don't usually display avatars either. At first (without avatars) the new format threw me off because I didn't understand why the cards were sitting so low. Then it occurred to me they might be doing something similar to full tilt with the avatars.

After a while, I turned them off again. Like you I found them distracting when playing more than one table. The whole thing looks great if playing one table in full screen but gets confusing when multi-tabling. Also, its confusing the way the chips (bet amounts) of players next to each other sit so close together. Too easy to misread a bet size. They should be spaced further apart.

Finally, it happened several times yesterday that the action buttons at a table just disappeared when it was my turn to act, and I could do nothing but sit there and wait to time out. I tried to close the table and re-open, but when I did that I was automatically sat out and hand folded. I hope this glitch gets fixed pronto.

This is awesome news! But when you guys took the sports book down, you transferred all the money to the poker side. I have no way of transferring it back to the sports book side on mobile.any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!

I'm not as sure about that as you are. I recently sent an e-mail to WPN support about a highly objectionable player screen name on ACR.
"Hi - you have a member who is using an offensive screen name. I’ve attached a screen capture of your poker client showing him playing at one of your tables. Would you please ask him to change it to something less offensive."
I got a reply back about offensive language at the table (not the subject of my suggestion) which even went so far as to caution me about using offensive language at the table and threatening disciplinary action against me.
"Thanks a lot for your email; we truly appreciate you reporting this situation.

We are sorry to hear there was a player using offensive language at our tables. We do appreciate your bringing this matter to our attention as we take great pride in providing our players with a safe and fun environment to play poker and make new friends.

If you witness other players using offensive language at our tables, kindly contact us again so we can take immediate action. Please avoid engaging in this type of activity yourself, as all players who abuse this feature are subject to the same disciplinary measures.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you, we are at your service."
Action speaks louder than words. I made a comment and suggestion in good faith. WPN support somehow misread my e-mail, or just didn't care enough about my feedback to search for the right boilerplate response.

BTW, I replied back pointing out that they had misread my e-mail but never did hear back from them again.

Bottom line - if I thought before that there was a chance that ACR customer support valued my suggestions I certainly don't think so any more.

I haven't checked out the site in a long while. Surprised they still have the Venom going. Has anyone ever made it to where they could actually win any money? I had gone up some steps but never close enough to the end to even count it as being in contention.

Hello friend!
Not that I have heard of yet. I think we are probably in this wait for the long haul, haha. Sending positive vibes to them and hopefully things will once again run smoothly. If you hear of any updates, let us know ok?

They're back... noticed yesterday :)

I don't see a button for changing points to dollars or am I missing something?
You need 750 points before you will be able to collect cash for points.

The suggestion on Focus Group Surveys sounds interesting, this will surely be sent to upper management for further analysis.

Now, in regards to the way chips (bet amounts), this is a very important feedback that hopefully will be reviewed by our developers.

Thank you for comments and for playing with us.

At the moment there is no button to exchange points for cash, please be so kind to contact our Customer Service team for the exchange of those points, they will be more than happy to help you out.

"Pop quiz, hotshot!".

Which hand has the upper hand:questionm:questionm:questionm

Comment and let us know which one you think will take this hand down. (Hand A or Hand B)

Bonus points for telling us who said “Pop quiz, hotshot!” and in what movie.:icon_thum

The button looks like a chip. The button should be white and a little bigger.
