Hi.

I am a regular player on ACR and am extremely disappointed that all the freerolls have been eliminated from the site. I enjoyed the private freerolls (OTR, THR, Casino.org and Cardschat) and miss them. Is there any chance that they will return?

Not until after the Venom main event. They have to guide every ones attention to the Venom to see how much they can gain off the suckers that actually deposit to play in the other tournaments.:bath:

When I reg for the Venom Step 1/6, get the following message: "Notice, your request has been interrupted. Please contact customer support."

I can register for the other tournaments though. Any ideas on if it is just a problem with me, or has others reported this issue?

Hi, I am real sorry you were affected by this known issue. Our Developers are working hard to get it fixed.

Some players are able to avoid this message by deleting cookies and cleaning their cache.

Try also to log out then log back in to see if you are able to register, if not, you can always contact our Support Team via Live Chat and they may be able to manually register you.

Thanks for your freerolls concern.

Please keep in mind that during the Software migration it was a little difficult to offer the freerolls that several players are asking for.

If you go now under the tournaments tab and into the freerolls section, you will be able to see three announced as of August 10th, two more the 11th and far more on the 17th.

Appreciate the time you took to bringing this to our attention, as much as we want to help, there are procedures and information that can only be handle by our security department, you can send them an email requesting an explanation and expose your case to Support@AmericasCardRoom.eu. Thanks for your comprehension.

I do not know how to get support on this then as I have already contacted both support and security a couple of times with no response at all. With this I could assume I just have to put up with this deposit method but it makes me worry if I run into other game issues and payment issues if do not get a response back. Even a flat refusal without explanation would still be an acknowledgement to my request rather than keep checking and waiting for a response that does not come.

The deposit methods are not transparent at all. Others seem to have this issue too but I am using the same cards to fund the Cypto exchanges and have had no issue on any other sites. This obviously is not a security issue but I am clueless as to why,

I will look at the Crypto method again but I am finding it far easier to make deposits on other sites that accept my cards and consequently playing less on ACR now which is shame.

I was playing 50 cent tourney and just froze. Now says "This tournament is currently suspended by the host. Thank you for your patience" For how long??

WOW!!! Let us know how that turns out, they should at least give you what you would have won to be fair about the situation and they should have so,e sort of review of that tournament, I have seen how some online poker sites operate and they always have a record for review in case of cheating!

I hope the matter gets cleared up for you!

i find HUGE problems here at ACR. Open use of bots, unfair payouts on these "suspended" tournaments, vast underpayments on rake back and the wonkiest deck of all time. customer service is virtually non existent. what to do? i have no idea

Earlier today i was playing multiple tables and acr froze. i didn't worry about it and moved onto another site... 2 hrs later i returned to acr to find that my account balance was missing all of the funds in the tables that i was on! - all of the live chat was shut down, so i called the 800 number, and 2 hrs after the holding msg was playing my call was finally picked up by another automated system saying that the voicemail forwarding system is down, and disconnected the call. What is so concerning is that although most of the tables appear vacant, I can still see tables with players wagering money on them! I had 5 tables open when it froze that is now missing from my account, what is going on?:stupido:

I think ACR owes everyone an explanation about all these certain players on these tables that never lose a hand. Always seem to know which hands to play preflop. I mean who folds 10 hands in a row just to play a 7 3 and hit 7s and 3s. Then folds another 8 hands in a row to play a J 2 and hits Js and 2s. and over and over and over.:flute:uke:Its always the same ol players as well hmmmm cheatewr? naaa House players is what i think. The site is bihind all the shady play.

Everything (as of Monday PM) are "red" Venom games. There are five of these listed in the Private tab -- and no others.

The original poster wanted to now about ALL private games (CC, Jackpot, Nuts, etc). For over 4 months, the standard line has been the same.

Sure, okay, alright. Same story.

Words like 'soon' and 'no ETA' is getting non-excusable in my mind. The word 'soon' does not mean 'after 4 months'. The 'no ETA' is starting to sound like 'never'.

ACR now has the privilege of being the last poker room to offer freerolls. Sure there is BOL which has a few, but not like what you guys did.

Short answer is no.

There is only one poker room that is USA based and it is the wsop/888 which shares players between NJ, Nevada and Delaware. Other States will probably jump on the bandwagon including Ohio, Pennsylvania and even New York. Some backward States such as Washington will probably never get on board.

ACR is the last poker room to go the way of the ghost. They will not recover after the summer of 2019 in my opinion, they will have to compete in other countries and it will no longer be America's Card Room. I think a name change is in order --- thanks for Black Chip Poker!
