Hi ACR rep
I have contacted both the ACR support and security regarding that all my bank payment options have been taken off (such as
visa debit etc) without any reason stated. ACR said I would need to use Cryptocurrency.
I have asked why this was removed and asked if this could be reinstated if this is a standard payment option the site offers. I took a few days off work as I wanted to enter some of the higher buy in satellites for the Venom tournament. However when I went to make a payment Coinbase wanted me to send in a load of documents again for verification even though I have made deposits before and in the end I missed the satellites because this would have taken too long in addition to the time for the bitcoin transactions to go through.
I have had no response whatsoever from the support or security section despite me explaining the difficulties I have had depositing which I sent on the 19th July and also several weeks before this.
Would you please follow this up if you get a chance? If ACR do not want to restore my card options then I will try as best as I can with the Crypto options but it is not instant like when you deposit with a card and am finding the hurdles a headache. But it would be nice to get a reply either way. It is a real shame their is no ticket system for the help as you have nothing to refer to when contacting ACR or that a case has been generated and keep waiting for response that is not coming.
I have found the REP/REPs on this forum excellent at responding but seem to struggle going direct. My name one the site is pjokay.
