By Thursday, August 8th, we will be paying all players their Medals and Combat Points from the Loyalty Program for play between May 20th and July 31st, 2019. After that, it will be a couple more weeks before the Loyalty Program is working live.

Not only once but twice now I have been in tournaments aleady ITM when the site tournament got suspended and only got the refund. The 1st time was the worst!How would you feel playing in a $30 buy in with a 7500GTD being already ITM people already going out cashing and before the tourney was suspended the last place cash out was almost $300., I was sitting good with chips thinking "Hey at least if I go out now i got almost $300 coming to me" But NOOO the tournament was suspended and all i got back was the $30 buy in. Then after talking to them 20 times all they could tell me was "We have no records" and swept me under the rug. What a joke and these sites are scam artists plain and simple. The second time wasn't quite as big,already ITM had at least $45 coming to me in a $10 buy in,only got my $10 back. Total HS. Lets just keep suspending tournaments so they don't have to pay out people already ITM and give us our buy in only so we can't complain about it. WOW!!! Let us know how that turns out, they should at least give you what you would have won to be fair about the situation and they should have so,e sort of review of that tournament, I have seen how some online poker sites operate and they always have a record for review in case of cheating!

In the tournament rules that you can find in our site, explains how players are refund base on different scenarios:

5. In the money – If a regular, turbo/hyper or rebuy and add-on multi-table tournament is in the money and is canceled; players that have been eliminated from the tournament will not receive any compensation for the tournament. Players that remain in the tournament will receive the following compensation: A. All remaining players will receive the next minimum payout when the tournament is canceled. B. The remaining prize pool will be distributed on a percentage basis according to each player’s chip stack. By august 8th, we will be paying all players their medals and combat points from the loyalty program. This will be updated for play from the beginning of the year July 31st, 2019. After that, it will be a couple more weeks before the loyalty program is working live. Medals will be automatically redeemed and money credited to player´s account. Combat points will be credited to your account and will be visible in the my account page.

If you wish to convert your combat points to cash, you may contact CS to do that for you at the standard rate for cash conversion.

Hi ACR rep

I have contacted both the ACR support and security regarding that all my bank payment options have been taken off (such as visa debit etc) without any reason stated. ACR said I would need to use Cryptocurrency.

I have asked why this was removed and asked if this could be reinstated if this is a standard payment option the site offers. I took a few days off work as I wanted to enter some of the higher buy in satellites for the Venom tournament. However when I went to make a payment Coinbase wanted me to send in a load of documents again for verification even though I have made deposits before and in the end I missed the satellites because this would have taken too long in addition to the time for the bitcoin transactions to go through.

I have had no response whatsoever from the support or security section despite me explaining the difficulties I have had depositing which I sent on the 19th July and also several weeks before this.

Would you please follow this up if you get a chance? If ACR do not want to restore my card options then I will try as best as I can with the Crypto options but it is not instant like when you deposit with a card and am finding the hurdles a headache. But it would be nice to get a reply either way. It is a real shame their is no ticket system for the help as you have nothing to refer to when contacting ACR or that a case has been generated and keep waiting for response that is not coming.

I have found the REP/REPs on this forum excellent at responding but seem to struggle going direct. My name one the site is pjokay.

Any assistance you can give would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t know how to say this any more clearly. THEY WILL NOT TELL ME WHY ACCOUNT is blocked! I think this is very fishy and scammy

Had exactly the same thing with live support saying they could not say why for data protection (even though I am the account holder) and have wrote to them a couple of times with no response. I am hoping the ACR rep can do something to get a response as I am finding it such a headache trying to make deposits it is hindering me using the site. The last time I tried to make a deposit the Crypto exchange wanted more documents so have not been able to make any more deposits until I sort that out.

Appreciate the time you took to bringing this to our attention, as much as we want to help, there are procedures and information that can only be handle by our security department, you can send them an email requesting an explanation and expose your case to Support@AmericasCardRoom.eu. I satellited my way into a $215 tourney once and was unable to play because it kept freezing. I was able to act about once every 5-6 hands so I finally shoved a mediocre hand out of sheer frustration, realizing I would never be able to actually play in the tournament. They refunded me the price of the satellite buy in which was like $15 and blamed my connection which was zipping through HD video but wasn't strong enough to run their client. I was disappointed. That was, imo, worse than getting a buy in back from a suspended. tournament one was doing well in. Both are less than ideal scenarios. I fixed the problem on my end by never depositing again and I haven't had any further issues.

They did nothing. They now just say check rule #5. They sure to like to exercise this rule quite frequently when people are ITM and blame it on DDos attacks and Updates.:bath:

I am a regular player on ACR and am extremely disappointed that all the freerolls have been eliminated from the site. I enjoyed the private freerolls (OTR, THR, Casino.org and Cardschat) and miss them. Is there any chance that they will return?
