Yea there are still quite a few issues with the software.
I have about 8 things I've noticed, just playing for an hour in a tournament.

1.) Really need to fix table window.
a.) if table window has focus, it does not need to flash.
b.) if table is in background, it should come to front if it is players turn to act.
( and set up a way to turn this feature on and off )
2.) if tournament lobby is open/minimized in background, with table window in front, lobby button on table window should bring tournament lobby window to front.

And this is just the start, but more later.
Fixing these issues, and adding some free-roll games to be tested would be nice.

ACR has some major sucking up to players to do after this update.
( if they ever finish it )

just get the site back and running evern if you have to shut down. you might lose a little money but it will save your reputation and headache from disguntle players. I know this is a capiltist country but its not a forget about everything but money country. At least i dont think

I'm far less concerned with the quirks in the software and more concerned with a reasonable tournament schedule and actually trusting payouts. I haven't played because I don't want to win again and have it take a bunch of hours and 4 days to get paid. I'd like to see their software stabilize first and get to a point where payouts are accurate and tournaments aren't getting cancelled left and right.

I'll check again, but I haven't seen any freerolls at ACR. I'll go check right now and take a screen shot if it's empty.

Yes, I'm having the exact same problem too. No freerolls at all.

ACR hasn't created any other freerolls besides the Venom step1.
The way to see every tournament available, just click the ALL tab after clicking the Tournament tab.
Wish the ACR rep would give us an update on whats going on with the site.
I mean 5 min to post "We are working X, Y, and or Z", isn't asking for much.

Okay... It is Tuesday 6/4/2019 and it is great to see many of the regular ACR tournaments back on the schedule. Hopefully they run completely without any problems and we get back to a reliable platform... Fingers crossed!

Please know that all points are being effectively tabulated, and you are receiving full credit for your play. All rewards and rake races will be paid retroactively once we get them back up.

Let me clarify this, your rake back hasn't gone anywhere. Currently, there is a display issue so that's why you are not able to see the rakeback section. Please know that all points are being effectively tabulated, and you are receiving full credit for your play. All rewards and rake races will be paid retroactively once we get them back up.
