By any chance, do you have another computer? If not, please provide me the general specifications of your computer (OS system, RAM, etc.)

Other thing, by any chance, which web browser do normally use?


I use chrome. yes I have a laptop, not sure which browser.

my desktop is windows 10 pro, 8gb RAM

Let's stress test all this and get WPN's websites back up to par.

I got my tourneys back today, they disappeared last night. You have to understand it was a problem and got fixed. Different ones show up and get fixed. This is a huge program and they are working on it.
I did also notice some 100.00 free rolls. I registered and will help them iron out the bugs, and maybe make some cash.

This was resolved and my account was credited. Thank you for having them look into it. My only other complaint about ACR aside from working out the software kinks, is my treatment by live chat specialist Ethan A. You should have you upper management fire that guy. He was extremely rude to me on Tuesday when I talked to him and abruptly ended chat twice on me...which is basically hanging up on a customer. That guy has no business doing customer service work for anyone.

Current Update: Downtime is over, we have Cash Games back up and d MTTs will be in the lobby shortly. It's a limited offering for this afternoon.


Are the MTT update complete, with more games made available at later dates?
Or is this a beta test, which after some time MTT's will Downtime to bug fix?

ACR Rep I have software running fine on my desktop. I have tried over and over to install it on my laptop and get the same error every single time.

Is it possible whatever antivirus you have running is code checking the file causing the EBUSY Error?

Sometimes depending on user privilege level, certain system resources are locked out, to prevent unwanted alterations.

Thanks, that did not even cross my mind because I have the same Malwarebytes Premium lifetime on my desktop, but you were right, on my laptop I turned all the real time Malwarebytes toggles to off until Americas Card Room finished the "live update" with no error, then turned Malwarebytes back on and everything is working fine now. Thanks again.

Playing the freerolls on ACR, 4 of them. 3 cancelled during play, one to go? Sorry but not quite there yet.:beerglass

Pretty sure this last one is Over as well lol haven't even started break and it's been 10 min lol oh well had fun running it up I guess haha

Two freerolls still running and in the lobby. The other two totally disappeared. The other buy-in MTTs are still running too, but I'm weary of buying in.

I have a problem when getting the right to move, I do not see the table if it is in the background. previously, the table immediately appeared in the foreground. is it possible to fix this in the settings? if Yes, prompt as, it is possible a screen. I'm having trouble with English. very want to the table immediately activated.

Update: In a couple of hours all refunds will be done. And Sunday tournaments will be getting in the Lobby.​
ACR rep have all the refunds been done. If so im still missing mine would you be able to do something about it

Software/server upgrade

i do not understand how this process has rolled into a second week of issues...keep getting same response from live chat stating it is a volume issue...CS has quit answering the phone (I have waited up to 30 min without anyone ever answering)...can someone please enlighten me as to any reasonable justification for this dilemma??

How is ACR doing with reinstating tournaments. Will the Venom steps be back on soon or is this an uncertain timeframe?

Have not been tournaments on when I have tried to login but if I see any I can test it against will let you know. They may not have been able to program the update though.

They have updated their software and all issues with that update have obviously not been resolved yet. Please stop asking for updates and complaining about issues that are a result of the update. The rep will post updates for you - no need to ask for them.
