Did i miss something? .
planned to launch a mobile version ?????


Or new version is available in any platform: PC, Mac, Tablets and Phones, however we don't currently have Jackpots, Casino, Sports and Blitz at the moment. It does have access to the Cashier.

I would just like some information.
We would all like some information.
Is keeping us informed as to progress too hard to do?
Rather than just general "We are working on things, please be patient.", something along the lines of ; MTT's bugs [known/reported] :: {status : Pending/Fixed }.

A little more detail is all i'm asking for.
A little more detail, would go a LONG way.

what difference will it make if you know details, you will still have the same problem...being an ACR rep is not all that it is cracked up to be...they do not have a crystal ball, I am just glad to know I am not alone in my desire to see them fix this, but hey, if they don't I will still be alive a few more seconds.

Actually you dont have cash games or MTTs either. There hasn't been any in the lobby for the past 18 hours. Or am I missing something??? Because I'd be playing right now if you had them running.

And that's on my computer, try logging in on your mobile and all you get is this:

I see cash tables just no tourneys. Circled time screenshot was taken.

Cash games are running. But nothing else, at least as far as I can see on my desktop client.

No crystal ball, but access to those working on the problems.
If those of us waiting till the site is playable, have some idea as to what problems they are working on, we wouldn't be on here wondering how long before it's up and running.

We would be able to guesstimate a time line, and would only check to see if our estimate is close.

Given the lack of information, and the way things have progressed so far, It's gonna take a long time to know anything. Simply because no one wants to admit the problems are bigger then originally thought.

Be honest with us, and we will be patient with them. Simple right?

Do not play ACR for real money right now. If you win, they simply don't credit your account for the full amount of your money. I highly recommend waiting until they fix their software bugs and customer service actually responds to issues about winners not receiving their winnings.

I'm sure the IT Dept is using a line that's at the end of the movie "My Cousin Vinny", Oh My God, What a F*%#ing Nightmare.
It'll get fixed, we just have to wait.

From the bottom of my heart, I wish I could give you more details about the current situation, however there are no new updates at the moment.

Fair enough, hope it continues to work out. I'm still waiting on tournament winnings from Sunday.

I also played for real money a few days ago and there were no problems with making profit on the account. It’s a pity that problems ACR do not allow mtt and freerolls to play

Unfortunately we only have Cash Games at the moment (not available on mobile), the mobile App just have the cashier available at the moment. However you should be able to see the mobile app as it normally looks. Please clear the Cache and Cookies on your mobile browser.

It normally takes between 24-72 hours. Could take less than that depending on the volume.


Many thanks for the reply, good to have a rough idea. Once all the current probs die down again will try support again to re-add cards, much rather send to a card stored in the site than copy and pasting different addresses in.

24-72 hours is fine, it's good to have a timescale so thank you for replying.

Kind of happy the tournaments are completely down, I think this is better than starting them and then cancelling them unless you need people to test and then freerolls/play money are a good idea.

P2P transfer update [Working] It is rare that I ever use this function but I had an opportunity to use it today and although they had to send it twice it was approved the second time.


Our Development team is working on this display issue, on our financial side it's retrieving the data correctly.

Many players may not have time to participate in the VENOM tournament, as there are problems with selection, there are 1.5 months left and problems with ACR.
Will the organizers decide to extend the selection and move the tournament to a later date?

I played a $3.30 buyin tournament yesterday and won. I was only credited for 3rd place money. I figured maybe it would take a bit of time so I went to bed, woke up this morning to no additional credit for 1st place money. I've been in live chat trying to get it resolved for about 20 minutes so far and I've barely gotten anywhere. Is anyone else having similar issues with ACR? Their software has generally seemed buggy the last couple days.


Following up on this. I just contacted ACR via live chat and was told by the rep(Ethan A) that I didn't even participate in the tournament, and then he abruptly ended my chat. Are you kidding me with this? What the hell is the matter with you people that run this site? What kind of customer service rep virtually hangs up on people?

Thanks for the update ACR Rep. According to video statement on Twitter, there will be downtime and another update at 6am tomorrow May 29th to fix existing issues, after which there will be a limited MTT schedule with more added over time. Looking forward to tomorrow.

ACR's Tourney tab is blank. Does anyone know anything about what is going on? I also noticed there is no ACR Freeroll password today. These two things definitely appear to be connected.
